You could get pulled over, keep the cops there for as long as possible, have your third guy walk back and forth as a different pedestrian each time, and do crazy stuff to the cops, like throw up on them, or anything else the game permits. See how long it takes the cops to figure out. Or one similar scene in each episode with no one really knowing when or how the third person was going to strike.

What happened in these servers they play on? They just seem empty, no civs at all and like 2 or 3 cops for the whole map. Miss the good old days when the servers were full and they had to actually interact with a bunch of people. Made it more authentic!
