Definitely a much more DJ-friendly mix of this classic. The original cut of this mix always made for a more jarring transition or you just had to mix it into some kind of spoken word/acapella. Timeless cut though. Great upload.
@@rasundesilva6088 So I saw your comment a few days ago and decided to check out all of the other versions of this song on YT. You are correct, this digital copy absolutely sounds different. On vinyl, and on Paul Oakenfold’s mix, it is richer and fuller. This song was likely mastered specifically for vinyl, and much like other transfers it lost its warmth here. I also feel that Oakenfold’s mix has compression and maybe a touch of reverb that is lacking on this and other copies. Either way, it still stands as one of the finest trance/progressive tracks ever produced and will always hold a special place in my memories.
Nice to hear a beat intro, good upload. Now will you hunt down the instrumental and upload it in full, not like the numpty who currently has posted 1 minute of it! Rare as fcuk though as I understand. I'd love to buy the vinyl pressing of that like many would I guess.

Prefer the original though, this one sounds a little bit neutered

I agree, mixing original (Grayed Out) is tricky, but GOD, when you do it right, results are amazing
