Feeling so defeated:(i studied hard all week, stayed up until 4 am. Woke up at 7 and worked until 4. Created a practice test with 100 questions. Did it. Checked my answers. Went back and analyzed what i did wrong. All for nclex:(i think that i was just so tired by the end of it all that i just wanted to be done. I'm hopeful that i can bounce back but right now I just feel like crying 😢 😔🤕💔💔😓😓

Frustration is a very positive sign. It means that the solution to your problem is within range, but what you're currently doing isn't working, and you need to change your approach in order to achieve your goal.

hang in there and make sure to give yourself some rest! sometimes by over doing it we decrease performance (future science based study tips video coming out soon that dives into this further!)

I did this throughout nursing school too, but I like to make a tally for each question that I had no idea on/was confident I got wrong. Then the damage on the exam always felt like it was less, and I could acknowledge that I knew more than I thought I did!
