I got Goob on the second floor today!I was looking for machines but then Goob grabbed me(but I luckily didn’t go straight to him because he was blocked by the wall).It turned out a Tisha was already using the machine and just quickly warned it about Goob.
Same but instead my encounters are mains like: Twisted pebble, twisted shelly and twisted vee They were encountered on different floors (pebble was the earliest main encountered)
Fun fact: the rarity levels are not only based on their spawn rate, but also the abilities they have! Commons have no abilities, uncommons have abilities that do not affect players (im not sure how rodger fits in there but ok), rares have abilities that do affect players, like goob pulling you towards him, mains have special abilities, like astro makes you tired and shelly makes you confused, and the lethal twisted can kill you instantly, regardless of how many hearts you have. As you can see, Dandy is very greedy about receiving tapes but if you keep ignoring him and don’t give him tapes, you will eventually come across a gigantic, ferocious twisted version of Dandy. To summarize this, Twisted dandy is most likely to show up if you don’t give him your tapes or ignore him.
i’ve encountered every single one and the first time i encountered vee and sprout they were both on the same floor the first time i saw them, it was one heck of a floor
U can get twisted dandy buy not buying anything from him he will start to get mad and when his eyes turn red the next floor you will see him at one point you will hear some music,that will be a sign that you can see him. Hope this helps!

I actually met all the rare twisted in different run. The first one i saw was Goob on my first run, Then scraps and last is flutter im not lying, also i met Twisted Astro on the 6th floor
For newbies because i literally wanna rage quit when this happens.. If twisted razzle and dazzle appear, PLEASE DONT SPRINT IN THEIR THORN CIRCLE !!! because once a boxten ran in the circle and got *me* killed. Its really annoying.
not on topic but last night i got 2 people to floor 35 by distracting somehow... but we died to pebble and glisten on floor 35- and i expected us to only live up to floor 15
So I got twisted Astro on floor 6 then twisted Shelly on floor 7 in the same run also 15h of gameplay haven’t encountered twisted pebble yet Edit: just just got pebble after 20h of gameplay
One time I got shelly on floor 8 then I got pebble sprout and shelly on floor 16 and another time I got astro on floor 5 and last I got glisten on floor 1 2 and 9
