There actually is a sequel coming. You can see screenshots at City Interactive's website. The Game will be called Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 and will run on PC, XBOX360, PS3 and WII :)
People, this is a trailer of the PS3 version that is going to be released, not a DLC or game. It's the same game ported to the console.

If anyone wants to play a great sniper game pick up a copy of Sniper Elite for playstation 2 or xbox. Hands down one of the best games I have ever played.

Well, sometimes snipers don't do all of these things if the target isn't far away. Did you hear of Sniper Elite V2? The game actually takes range and windage into account. Rather than plugging values into a calculator, you estimate how much you have to raise the center of the sight over the target and how far right/left you have to move it. It's hard at first, but after some time, you get used to it and you can get pretty good.
i think everyones is disliking this video because it has sniper and ghost in the desc

every one says this game is bad but they at least did the trailer fairly well
The only reason People hate on this game is because it's hard, Basically people hated red river but that was amazing in my opinion
@SoullessSilence This is a remastered version with better graphics, more missions, more multiplayer maps.
Damnit, i wish people would start making all games for xbox and PS3, instead of making games just for one of them. I would love to play this.
i dont get why people dislike. you obviously clicked on this video, because you wanted to see the trailer for this game, this is the traikler, so wahts the point of disliking, it not as if its fake is it?!
this is a trailer for the PS3 version. PC and XBOX 360 came out last year.
So they just re-did an entire game that came out like a year ago.......Wow
@fetlix Sniper ghost warrior was release in June 2010 for 360 and PC, not like 4 months ago.
June 2011? I saw this game at Walmart AND Gamestop like the beginning of the year!!!!
this could have been epic if its combined with Metal Gear Solid 3's Camo gameplay

Real life = sitting on a ant hill for a week watching the enemy and then taking the shot only to have to crawl your way to an evac point will enemy soldiers search for you.
Game = sit on a cliff and shoot mindless mooks while computer allies below take all the fire.

@gluesniff3r No, this is the full game. Did you not watch the trailer? They're just re-releasing it for the PS3 with a few upgrades here and there. A bit similar to how Alone in the Dark came to PC and 360 and then about 6 months later it came to PS3 with upgraded and with improved stuff... shame it still sucked anyway haha :)

@a0001521 for a casual gamer, i would say, its ok, the first one was full of bugs, including graphics bug, so im guessing this remake fixed all of it.. overall i would give it a 7.5/10 .. (im a hardcore PC FPS gamer)

It's not because it's fake, it's because is single platformed. You can't play it on XBOX.

@TheFordTube I totally agree with you. I was so excited for that game and then I got it .... I couldnt even do multiplayer and when I got it to work (disabling alot of stuff on pc) It was just people running around with pistols ... and the single player felt so scripted .. *would have loved a map editor, or some type of a free roam thing were you have mission to eliminate everyone in village or a target undetected or just have so when detected its really hard (realistic bullet dmg XD)

ever since i learned that sniper ghost warrior 2 is being built on the cry engine 3(and contrary to popular belief the frostbite 2.0 engine is NOT the best engine.the CE3 is),i've been sniper camping like a little mw2 fag having this game under my scope.im so fucking pumped up.i HOPE they learned EVERYTHING what not to do in a game.
