@vampirehunter714 Are you serious? Both bands have a completely different sound. Plus, The Morning Benders formed in 2005.. Vampire Weekend formed in 2006. The Morning Benders is such an underrated band.
1. Way better than the shins ever have been. 2. James Mercer has weak vocal ability and I guarantee he remembers having a vocal mishap so bad the audience laughed at him on a certain late night show. Also the shins are a completely different vibe and style. Literally not even a comparison if you put studio albums next to each other. Which essentially destroys all credibility of your comment.
