Another point Tom made that just failed was about Morton being okay for one or two games as backup to Grav. He made the assumption that we will always have the luxury of picking the game we can sub him in. We DONT have that luxury, what happens if Grav gets injured? Then it IS Morton who HAS to play against a City or Arsenal etc. And we know that isn’t good enough to win titles.
We need to force the sale off Liverpool and get rid of fsg, fsg are not for change and they will not ever sell up without us the fans moving against them, 16 years off ownership is over in my eyes and others. Unless ALL the fans get together and drop everything ie : don't go to the matches, don't watch the games on TV, don't watch their uploads on RUclips, ie : hurt the owners by hurting the clubs revenue, over a long period of time, I don't see how we can pressure them out in a legal way. Tom wants to wait till the summer accepting theat it could cost us a title as it has done in the past. As if we are going to sell 7 players in the summer and sign replacements. If we did lol they will not all be a success and hit the ground running. Tom just made one of the worst analogies I’ve ever heard to try and make a point, in Endo and Henderson. Not even close to the same, Henderson won us everything as captain and was still good enough to be with us at the time of contract. Endo hasn’t done any of that, isn’t captain and isn’t anywhere near the same calibre of player Henderson was before his dip.
