Very educative. I love his videos. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

The quality your video seems to improve and the message resonates more, for me. I like the examples and the energy given with a smile. I can clearly feel what you're talking about, those thoughts and emotions running around me and the ones I'm attached the most. Thank you 😊
Vielen Dank🙏
Thank you. Your insightful words/teaching make perfect sense. Awareness = sky, disturbance (up/down, et al) = clouds. Meditation is a path of up and down.
Thank you so much. I find I have to refresh my memory often in regards to seemingly simple aspects of practice. I watch, I read, I listen, and learn. Then I get on the mat and forget eveything that made so much sense only a few hours, sometimes minutes, before. I'm sure that's all part of the process, but in any case, I'm so grateful for your teachings. They ring with such simple clarity, and always inspire me to go meditate.
You've helped me a lot since I found your teachings dear Rinpoche ❤❤❤ I wish you health and happiness and thank you again for all the great knowledge you gave us about ourselves
I find that I’m using fears as handholds to find awareness. If I have a fear prominent in my mind, I can focus on it and gain awareness. If I am in a naturally good mood, seeking out fear automatically gives me awareness.

Hello Rinpoche la ..... M really suffering from insomnia is der any prayer or mantra for insomnia la...... Your response would be great benifit la 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Please allow translations to all languages for subtitle. This will not cost you any money!.... You allow subtitle some languages for translation. Your mission should be for everyone.... Be awareness .....
No master would answer this with yes, even they would be realized. If someone is really realized then there is noone who is realized and noone who was unrealized before.
Thank you very much Yongey😆

I try my best and a lot of time I zig when I should have zag. Past bad experience in one area doesn’t mean your attitude has to change for another experience. It’s hard to tell the best way to go about things and it is frustrating. Today I relax my mind and just be.

Tatsächlich wurde es bei mir richtig schlimm mit den Gedanken - aber ich wollte doch unbedingt Ruhe und Frieden haben. Je mehr ich es wollte desto unruhiger wurde ich. Bla bla bla etc etc
Jetzt habe ich verstanden. Alles das sein lassen wie es ist. Kein Zwang mehr. Vielen Dank🙏
Wunderbar!
Precious and so helpful🙏🌸💗

that's why basic training is literally Cloud Watching. but many avoid basic, foundation.
Merci Rinpoché ❤🙏☸️💗💝💖
Wonderful teaching dear master ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you. Your insightful words/teaching make perfect sense. Awareness = sky, disturbance (up/down, et al) = clouds. Meditation is a path of up and down.
Ya this topic want to know
Thank you so much Rinpoche. As affected by bipolar disorder, ups and downs are part of my life. But meditation helped me à lot. Thank you again !❤
🙏🏿🕉🕉🌱 and the deep awareness of breathing...inhale..exhale...no breath heart rate variable is magical 🫠🫠🫠🌱🌱
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Millions of thanks Rinpoche la
Thank you Rinpochen la 🌼🌺🌷
So beautifully and simply stated, thank you.
I find that I’m using fears as handholds to find awareness. If I have a fear prominent in my mind, I can focus on it and gain awareness. If I am in a naturally good mood, seeking out fear automatically gives me awareness.
Very helpful teaching . Easy and useful. Thank you so much Rinpoche. ❤

Hello Your holiness. Very educative.

Have you achieved enlightenment?
Me? No, not yet.
@@stephen300o6 no, not u sir. This master rather.
Nope, can't say I have...@@stephen300o6
No master would answer this with yes, even they would be realized. If someone is really realized then there is noone who is realized and noone who was unrealized before.
He is a rinpoche they help others to achieve enlightenment by delaying theirs.
How disrecpetful that coughfin woman. Whenever I had a cough attach I removed myself from the place. I’ m trying to learn.
