Just having the knowledge isn’t enough, understanding the questions and identifying ways to select or eliminate answers is important. Thank you for taking time to produce all this content and good luck to prospects.

Varun much appreciated, I really adopted your world famous elimination techniques to find the best suit for question. Took 60sec to read until understood then 20 sec to eliminate and choose and used flag for review to do later. All are situation based questions and hybrid agile concepts well. Passed all domain AT. Thanks Varun

Q14-B, This is the best choice based on the the fact that it refers to the minimum viable product. This will eliminate some minor features while producing a product which will satisfy customer needs.

I can not thank you enough for this video. I passed PMP exam yesterday. Your tips helped me a lot. Honestly 1st I thought that "omg. 2 hours and 17 minutes. I'm so lazy to go through this". But as soon as I started the video I felt like "why only 2 hours. I need more". My only concern with I found out about you and your academy through this video after finishing PMP course in another organization. That lecturer was so boring. But the way you are explaining is much more attractive. I'll definitely recommend you to my colleagues. And also you taught me the word " silos" which was appeared in the exam. You have no idea how much I felt thankful to you during the exam. You are a wonderful human being and a wonderful teacher. And we love Veer also. He is so lucky to have such an amazing father. Thanks a lot
Thank you so much Nicholas for making my day. I am overwhelmed reading this comment. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your thoughts even after passing the exam. It means a lot to me. Varun
Thank you for this wonderful video. I stumbled up it while trying to do a quick revision for the exam. I was able to pass my PMP certification today (1st attempt) today and I must say this video did play a vital role.
Q10 C-1 --> Compromise as you try to keep both happy A-2 --> Avoiding to deal with the issue B-3 --> Smooth through elevating the resources through positive comments on their work so far D-4 --> Analysis of problem that leads to resolution
Q 25) D and E: Daily stand ups will help in progress tracking/ reporting on status and issues, while retrospectives are helpful in sharing experiences and feedbacks
My personal pick is C as Kanban is a best information radiator (virtual as well as co-located teams) on which all can get the status of the projects. Secondly D is better as in the question it is saying sharing experience so Retrospective calls can help geographically separated teams to share their knowledge and experience.
1-B, 2-A, 3-D, 4-C. I used the key words fully assmbled and shut down finish and key words start and begin for start. Wrote them in order and then practiced your recommended flipping them into reverse order.
Varun, thank you for these videos. They are wonderful. I passed my PMP Exam and want to thank you for the time and effort you put into these videos. The Neil Armstong approach works well too!
Q17-B, This is the best choice as it builds customer confidence by involving customer counterparts while eliminating the problem of repeating the tests. There is only one test performed and it is performed on customer premises.
Q 15) D: Understanding the backlog items in depth with the team will definitely help in finding out the time required to complete those items, which will help PM in giving a more stable and accurate completion date.
Hi Varun, Thank you so much for such a beautifully designed video. This video is not good because it gives a good set of 25 questions, but this video does a great transformation of mindset. It teaches how to solve PMP questions and that is what PMP aspirants need. So, THANK YOU so much for such a great help!! Here is my experience for all other aspirants. On 31st Dec, I wrote PMP and cleared the exam. I would like to share my honest experience. The level of questions in the mocks which are available at multiple sources is super high (which I like most) whereas the exam's question standard is not that high compared to the mocks so please do not get demotivated if you are scoring less in mock. I got 63% in the mock but got above target in all 3 areas of the exam (which I believe is a good score). I am not sure why everyone over the internet is talking about "This is a very tough exam" after writing this exam today I am not aligned with this thought. Only 1-2 questions came which talk directly about any of the 49 processes. No question was there related to ITTO Only 3-5 questions were wordy question rest were 2 liners 1 drag and drop question All questions were based on the situation so if u have PMI mindset and have some real-time PM experience then u can strike through 1-2 options without even reading questions. So guys, do not worry about the exam, put in some hones efforts (No need for much effort) and you will definitely clear the exam.
Q6- A-1, B-4, C-2, D-3. By raising help from top mgmt they r using escalation, by removing unwanted scope they r avoiding risk, by adding warrantee they r transferring risk and by using prototype model they r trying to avoid risk
Question2 - B is correct. A is eliminated as project cancellation is not a solution. C is eliminated as that team members can be a valuable one for the project to conduct. D may be a good option. But B is most appropriate as it initiated some marketing activities to increase revenue.
Q13-A and D. I eliminated B because it is only Agile and C because it is only predictive. A and D seem to be the best strategies to follow to bring the two into sync without forcing either to follow the Agile team or the Predictive team to follow the other teams strategy.
Thank you so much. Young gentleman will become 1 year old on next Monday :) Also, I am glad you liked my video and if you need more questions in similar format then check out this link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp Varun
@@EduHubSpot Varun, for Q11, Why option D is not the best answer? You are placing quality above all else which means you can raise the price. Pls explain.
Q10: A -2 ( avoiding to solve the problem) B-3 (starting the conversation by appreciating both of them and encourage to work together) C-1 (respecting both the views by compromising) D-4 ( problem solving)
Q14) Ans B -Coming up with MVP and removing unnecessary tasks. A-Discsrding test means a risk on quality.C-Fast track increase cost same as D increase the size of test teams means increase cost.
This is such a helpful video! I wish I could watch this way earlier so not to wait hours and hours scratching my head on the mock exam questions! And I did pass my exam yesterday using all your techniques you share in this video and materials on your website. Highly recommended! And thank you!
Q22-C this is the best choice as it takes care of the problem in future projects as well. The customer approval of the product vision is critical in avoiding delivering a product which is not in line with customer requirements.
Q:11 Answer B- since the problem is known in quality focused group & development will help to resolve the problem A- question doesn't mention that the drop in quality is due to human errors C- comparison with competitor on features will not help to improve quality D- Raising product price to improve quality may affect brand/loss of business due to increase in price
I am glad you liked my explanations. If you need more questions like this in the same format, I have explained more than 1000+ questions on my website. You can refer to below link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp Varun
Q 14) A - 1: Missing requirements need to be added in the deliverable, hence a corrective action B - 4: You are providing training to the customer, so no unnecessary defects are raised. Preventive action C - 2: End users reported a defect that needs to be repaired D - 3: You are updating plans and documents
Q6 (1A; 2C; 3D;4B), 1 relate to Senior Management decision to take a stand. 2 is transfering the risk externally, 3 action is more on anticipation which helps to mitigate some issues
Q6: A-1 (escalating with senior management) B-4 (Avoiding the risk by removing the deliverable from scope) C: 2 (transferring responsibility) D-3 (working with team to mitigate the risk)
Q 24) A: Options B and D are sort of forcing the teams to follow each other's processes. Option C seems to be complicating by increasing the number of input sources. Hence option A provides the best solution for both the teams.
C is the better choice as the question is saying requirement got changed and hence both the team need to understand the changed requirement first which will they get from RTM. RTM is a tool that helps to identify and maintain the status of the project's requirements and deliverables.

so far based on the techniques you have discussed at the inception of this video and how to decipher the key words in the questions to provide the answers appears to work.
Q11- Answer B. Option A is ok but not 1st choice. Before installing automated test bench is costly and will take some time. Option C will not give correct result because it is on competitor quality instead of own. Option D also talking about price increase which is not 1st choice. Option B is 1st choice to move ahead
I am glad Oreoluwa you loved it. I have explained more than 1000+ questions in this format. Kindly check out this link www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp Varun
Q7- I'd go with B interrupt the sprint. Reason- We're already in the middle of a sprint and only testing which confirms moving forward will result in re-work. Since the the requirements have changed we need to update the product backlog.

Q7 B --> C can be done later as now a decision is needed to decide how the project will proceed, D just provides the progress (done work and ready work), A was a possible answer for me but i excluded because it did not involve the product owner. Thus I chose B as the most reasonable option

A-2 (defined everything earlier and then follow that)
B-1 (repeat until reach perfection)
C- 4 (quickness)
D-3 (combination - constant change + rollout in phased manner)
Your videos have helped me a lot, I just passed my exam with above average. Main takeaway from your course is learning how to take the exam. Took 60sec to read until understood then 20 sec to eliminate and choose and used flag for review to do later. All are situation based questions and hybrid agile concepts well. Passed all domain AT. Q14-B, This is the best choice based on the the fact that it refers to the minimum viable product. This will eliminate some minor features while producing a product which will satisfy customer needs.
Great video and breakdown of how to read and understand the questions. This is my first video I've watched of yours, but I'll be watching more for sure! Thanks!

Thanks for loving the video.
Varun
Thank you for this wonderful video. I stumbled up it while trying to do a quick revision for the exam. I was able to pass my PMP certification today (1st attempt) today and I must say this video did play a vital role.
First of all Congratulation !!! It feels great to hear comments like this.
Varun
Q10
C-1 --> Compromise as you try to keep both happy
A-2 --> Avoiding to deal with the issue
B-3 --> Smooth through elevating the resources through positive comments on their work so far
D-4 --> Analysis of problem that leads to resolution
Awesome job!!
Varun
Varun, thank you for these videos. They are wonderful. I passed my PMP Exam and want to thank you for the time and effort you put into these videos. The Neil Armstong approach works well too!
Many Many Congratulations Stephen !! I am extremely happy to know that my videos has helped you in your PMP journey.
All the Best !!
Varun
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. IT REALLY HELPED ME. I PASSED MY EXAMEN LAST SUNDAY WITH ABOVE TARGET.
Yuhu… Awesome. I am jumping from my seat after reading this comment. So happy for you. Congratulations
Varun
Q17-B, This is the best choice as it builds customer confidence by involving customer counterparts while eliminating the problem of repeating the tests. There is only one test performed and it is performed on customer premises.
THE BEST PMP video ............superb and keep going
Thank you Touseef ji :)
Varun
Q8) B and E: Finding out what the end users need and updating the value criteria according to the feedback seems like the logical next steps
Another good one. Good
Just passed my exam. I was going crazy on the best direction to go while studying, but this video just cleared it up for me. Thanks a lot!
So happy for you Jello. Congratulations. Proud of you. Party time
Varun
Q 15) D: Understanding the backlog items in depth with the team will definitely help in finding out the time required to complete those items, which will help PM in giving a more stable and accurate completion date.
I think you meant 16 but your thought process is correct
Hi Varun,
Thank you so much for such a beautifully designed video.
No question was there related to ITTO
Only 3-5 questions were wordy question rest were 2 liners
1 drag and drop question
All questions were based on the situation so if u have PMI mindset and have some real-time PM experience then u can strike through 1-2 options without even reading questions.
So guys, do not worry about the exam, put in some hones efforts (No need for much effort) and you will definitely clear the exam.
Congratulations Abhishek. Very very happy for you. I am glad you liked my video and learned from it.
Varun
Thank-you for insightful tips, you helped me with the strategies required and increased my confidence! I passed my PMP today!!
Many Congratulations !! I am very happy that my videos has helped you in your PMP journey.

Q6- A-1, B-4, C-2, D-3. By raising help from top mgmt they r using escalation, by removing unwanted scope they r avoiding risk, by adding warrantee they r transferring risk and by using prototype model they r trying to avoid risk
Awesome thought process
one of the best question-analysis video on youtube. thank you!
Comments like this means a lot to me.
Varun
Question2 - B is correct. A is eliminated as project cancellation is not a solution. C is eliminated as that team members can be a valuable one for the project to conduct. D may be a good option. But B is most appropriate as it initiated some marketing activities to increase revenue.
Q13-A and D. I eliminated B because it is only Agile and C because it is only predictive. A and D seem to be the best strategies to follow to bring the two into sync without forcing either to follow the Agile team or the Predictive team to follow the other teams strategy.
New on this channel, i am so very impressed with your command of the knowledge, thanks for all you do. Cheers. love to the young gentleman

@@EduHubSpot Varun, for Q11, Why option D is not the best answer? You are placing quality above all else which means you can raise the price. Pls explain.
Hi Varun, would like to say huge thanks for these techniques which helped me to clear the exam AT in all 3 domains yesterday.
Great news Rajesh. Congratulations. Very happy for you. I am glad these techniques helped you in your exam.
Varun
Q21
D-4 --> Adding more resources to minimise the delivery time
A-2 --> Classic resource levelling
B-1
C-3 --> Parallel
Q10: A -2 ( avoiding to solve the problem) B-3 (starting the conversation by appreciating both of them and encourage to work together) C-1 (respecting both the views by compromising) D-4 ( problem solving)
Q14)
Ans B -Coming up with MVP and removing unnecessary tasks.
That is such a great news Chen. Proud of you and thank you for taking out time to give your feedback. I am very very happy for you.
Varun
Q22-C this is the best choice as it takes care of the problem in future projects as well. The customer approval of the product vision is critical in avoiding delivering a product which is not in line with customer requirements.
Q:11 Answer B- since the problem is known in quality focused group & development will help to resolve the problem
A- question doesn't mention that the drop in quality is due to human errors
C- comparison with competitor on features will not help to improve quality
D- Raising product price to improve quality may affect brand/loss of business due to increase in price
Video was very helpful as to learning how to review the questions and eliminate the responses.
I am glad you liked my explanations. If you need more questions like this in the same format, I have explained more than 1000+ questions on my website. You can refer to below link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp
Varun
Q 14) A - 1: Missing requirements need to be added in the deliverable, hence a corrective action
B - 4: You are providing training to the customer, so no unnecessary defects are raised. Preventive action
C - 2: End users reported a defect that needs to be repaired
D - 3: You are updating plans and documents
I think you meant 15 but thought process is good which I was really after
Q6 (1A; 2C; 3D;4B), 1 relate to Senior Management decision to take a stand. 2 is transfering the risk externally, 3 action is more on anticipation which helps to mitigate some issues
Q19
A: 3 ( quality assurance cost to prevent failure)
B: 4 (training to build a product; skill improvement appraisal cost)
C: 1(internal failure in testing)
D: 2 ( external to the project premises suits quality clause)
I watched this video a day before giving my exam and this one really helped me. Thanks Varun and team.
Thank you Vikram. I am glad we were able to help and support.

Superb. If there would be a UNPMO ( United Nations PMO ) I would love it if you could be the director. I have been youtubing PMP video's for the last 7 years and seen many people, until recently I came across your video. Varun the best thing is that you reason with every scenario. No one does that. Hoping to give my PMP exam by next month. In Sha Allah.

Hello Varun- I am impressed by your approach to complex issues which removes the fog- doing my paper on Friday
Thanks for the lovely comment.
Best of Luck for your Exam !!
Varun
so far based on the techniques you have discussed at the inception of this video and how to decipher the key words in the questions to provide the answers appears to work.
Q11- Answer B. Option A is ok but not 1st choice. Before installing automated test bench is costly and will take some time. Option C will not give correct result because it is on competitor quality instead of own. Option D also talking about price increase which is not 1st choice. Option B is 1st choice to move ahead
Perfect thought process

Q7- I'd go with B interrupt the sprint.
Reason- We're already in the middle of a sprint and only testing which confirms moving forward will result in re-work. Since the the requirements have changed we need to update the product backlog.
Thank you Sir for your video!! It very useful in helping me prepare the exam. I have just took the exam and pass it on the first attempt. Your pointers really help me a lot .

Hi Varun - Just want to share a good news that today finally after 3 months of effort I have passed my PMP Exam on first attempt with AT in all 3 domains.
Your videos on mock exam practice indeed good tool for the preparation and to test knowledge whether or not anyone who is preparing for the exam is ready to appear in real exam.
Thank you
I am so so happy for you... Yuhu thank you for sharing the good news and making my day :)

Q7
B --> C can be done later as now a decision is needed to decide how the project will proceed, D just provides the progress (done work and ready work), A was a possible answer for me but i excluded because it did not involve the product owner. Thus I chose B as the most reasonable option
Q11 - B -Since the problem is with quality, I have selected option B to focus on TDD approach.
I like the way you approach the questions
I am glad you liked my explanations. If you need more questions like this in the same format, I have explained more than 1000+ questions on my website. You can refer to below link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp

Q25-D&E. Used the elimination technique. A , B and C are bad choices. D and E are the best choices.
