Looks are nice but very impractical house considering Pakistan. The rooms are tiny and the wardrobes are really small. In 10 marla house the open space has occupied a lot of area which in return makes the room, washrooms and drawing room small. Also keeping the whole house cool/warm would be a hefty cost, unless Solar Setup is installed.
By profession i am architect and the house is beautiful no doubt but there is a privacy problem when you enter from the main gate there is no lobby and you directly enter to the tv launge so if some unknown person enter to the house they see you tv launge ho is sitting SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM The drawing room have separate door must be open to the car porch the the guest enter and not see your whole tv launge .

An elegant and beautiful design that gives a unique look to the house. Its spacious and well lit. Had the porch been blended in the design, it would have been an ideal house.
A professional architect would start the process by investigating and understanding the likes and dislikes of the owner. Also, he observes the current lifestyle of the landlord and then draughts a construction plan that considers the owner's preferences and suggests the necessary structural improvements.
I dont see any sense in this house. The drawing room is so small, no place for dining table . the TV lounge on ground floor is just next to the entrance . unnecessary glass work , too much spot lights which will last only for few month and then will never be easy to replace as they are too high. very unsafe for toddlers as the staircase is open and with sharp marble edges. Most of the rooms are not rectangular and have very odd shape . Will be extremely hot in summer and very cold in winter because of its glass work . But , I am sure some idiot will buy it to showoff .
As an architect, i think that this design is only suitable for Australia and not for Pakistan. Because in pakistan the climate is pretty harsh in summers. And the design compromises the privacy as it's almost transparent. The architect should have thought that he is designing this house in Pakistan not Australia and privacy is an important part of our culture. So i think that this house is aesthetically pleasing without a doubt but the practicality is zero. The excessive use of glass, without the installation of central house heating system or air conditioning system, will make life unbearable in summers bacuse the temperature can rise to almost 40 degrees. And as far as the installation of solar panels is concerned, as a man who owns a 10 marla house not a 10 kanal house, its very difficult to cover the expenses of solar panels as it requires 18 to 20 lac rupees. The bills should have also been taken into consideration. In short, client's budget and expenses should have also been considered. But unfortunately all of this has been neglected by the architect as if its nothing to be cared for. If we consider aesthetics, the house is beautifully designed without a doubt.
