My prespective of things is that the days of doing cold everything like cold email or cold dm or any cold outreach (which still gets results tbf) days are getting over and anything from outreach to onboarding to service delivery now needs to be personalized and of high quality or else the agency will die off

100% agree with this. Those methods still get results and blasting thousands of emails or dms etc each month will yield results but, imo personalising / running paid ads (dependant how you run them) increases quality of prospects and potential clients that work with you.

100% agreed. It's getting really hard to close people by just running direct sales ads, especially in the saturated niches.
