Sir, I am from Mumbai and was planning to buy a 1bhk flat here as in the magicbricks website many flats are available within 11 lakhs. Your comments has made me think twice..is the property and residents not good, how about the construction quality?? Water, electricity, mobile network?? Sorry too many questions but as I planning investment in pune just wanted to know. This builder has many projects in Mumbai and outskirts so was curious?

Yes, society have installed strret light up to gate, and from gate to main road Grampanchayat have installed street lights
