Hi hettich, I purchased intermat up to 43mm full overlay thick door hinge (73925) and I can’t work out how to fit these. I have a side panel of 18mm and door of 35mm thick. I want the minimum revel also. It would be great if a video could be made on these hinges. Or could you provide the specifications based on my requirements . The website hasn’t been useful. Thankyou

Why on earth can't your company have the common sense to put some form of identification of your drawer runners? I can't find out how to remove mine, because unlike sensible companies you don't seem to put visible catches on all of your runner systems, and the drawers we got last year don't seem to be the ones you have on your site or RUclips. I have tried to contact customer service but they can't work out what model drawers we have, because your company doesn't have the common sense to put some model identification on your systems. It seems bizarre that you just expect your customers to be able to work out what model they have. We will hopefully never have anything to do with Hettich again, but unfortunately we now have a kitchen full of your stuff.
