-Axie is no longer an animator. -BW1 and George probably have a mechanic change, but it's not ready (They were revealed as two of the first 20 characters on the Gamejolt page.) -Not sure about Ooblek. -Drago is in the game, they're just not ready yet. (Judging from the modifiers) -I can't exactly remember the controversy Gemini had, but I think it was along the lines of them being a predator or something like that.
The discord community's cleared some of these up, so I'll relay what's been said there. -BW-1 and George have been removed as a request from their owner, who wants to use them their own project, and did not want them associated with AH. -Terrence wasn't mentioned here, but was going to be a returning character until they were removed due to actions from their owner, which I won't talk about here. -Gemini were removed due to the rather awful controversy their owner had, which I will not talk about. Needless to say, it was certainly for the best they were removed. As for Axie, Ooblek and Drago, their return has yet to be confirmed, but there's hints to show that Drago and Ooblek will be coming back. However there's no reason to say they will or won't return until specified. I'll update this if more is learned.
Why did they change Halfskull and Frooky’s designs?! I loved the derpy yellow drooling gummy bear for Frooky and the creepy floating charred corpse for Halfskull, now they made him into a Cyberfurry, and made Frooky into a doll, I don’t like these designs, why didn’t they keep the original designs?
Some may have been swapped for others due to whatever circumstances, otherwise if you dont see characters present in the demo here its most likely due to not being ready to be shown off
