    Actually you are the reason why I started my modest collection of dansband. Wizex and Kikki is among those who are really good.

    I love sounds of dance (iskelmä) artists in 70's but in 90's when they started doing music with computers... There was great artists but they made records like on assembly line. Finnish artist Anna Eriksson was really good singer (and still is). But her albums sounds... Oh my. Then she started dating with onw "punk rocker" and THEY made for these albums 1 or 2 really great songs with good sounds. I'd like to hear more 70's style dansmusik or iskelmä, also nowdays.

      well the blippety blopp synthesizers and computers are fine when making electronic music, but as you say, in popular music it sounds like assembly line made music, thanks for your comment Mr Finglish.

      @@78rpmblog and I have to add that synthesizers and computers can be used also pop, metal or dansmusik if it's not too dominant. I can't get any example right now, except from metal.
