Hi, when you use 2 display, is webcam angle too high? I wanna use the upper screen to stream Obs and the lower screen to do web conference. Do I suit this machine? Could you suggest me.
How do you like using it as a single screen tablet- one window over both screens? Does the hinge make it too weird to use like the that? Torn between this and a larger 2 in 1 like the spectre
I have a blue collared occupation that is also a university student studying in a STEM field. I see the use for it (I own a Lenovo Yoga Book c930). My complaint - needs a freakin' e-ink screen because I used the crap out of the second gen yoga book doing calculus and general chemistry/organic chemistry/biology.
How was battery life while gaming? Edit: nevermind. I missed it the first time. 2-3 hours. Thats great. Thank you. Very interested for work (work in medical and 2 screens would be amazing to dictate on one and review charts and xrays on the other) but i do enjoy some light gaming and 30fps at 800p is plenty fine for me.
It's a gaming laptop with an Intel chip. Battery life when gaming is probably gonna be 45min to an hour max and well below 30fps since you aren't plugged in and the GPU isn't getting full power. You don't buy a machine like this expecting it to play games for a long time unplugged.
Glossy makes the colors pop brighter, but in bright light it can be harder to see in some situations. For indoor use, I do love the glossy screens though
had mine for about two weeks, been great so far feel like I am just starting to unlocked it real potential

Multiple screens in my job is a must. Definitely going to pick this up. I keep reading it's a beast at a multitasking and productivity.
I picked one up a few days ago, absolutely love it!! Have had no issues at all so far.

How is it?
Hey, do the fans kick on daily use?
Cannot find a single review of this as a trading laptop, crazy to me how much time/emphasis people put on gaming
I've ordered one today and trading use was a big part of my buying decision. Tomorrow I'll be able to see how much money I'm loosing on 2 screens 😆
update ?

Design wise is just awesome... Bought mine now. Tks for that
I wish Lenovo did a 9i + , being a 15 or 16 inch dual screen.
I fear that 13 inch screen is way to small, even being dual screen
Anyone who calls this laptop a gimmick never went to college and is not a white collar or STEM professional

As with all new releases, they minimize stuff to get a price point. The memory and storage are not sufficent for this device. I'll wait for relesse 2.
Where to get the butterfly background display ?
Please review the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i 💻
Great vid 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Does anyone know if you can extend the screen to make one big screen for work?
yes, 5 fingers and drag down extends the entire thing in both screens
This device has a lot of dual-screen features built in. If I update to Windows 12 in the future, will I lose these features? Just thinking ...
I doubt it will lose its features. They will have plenty of time to prepare new drivers for new Windows.
How easy is this laptop to upgrade the SSD?
is this a good laptop for CAD design
To bad it doesn't have a back light for the keyboard :(
Although I am close to buying I dislike those glossy, mirror like, screens. What is you impression on that?

Just get matte screen protectors. You'll want screen protectors anyways
It was so glassy. I could clearly see the face of him on screen. They need to figure it out in the next version.
This will be perfect for trading
what about the Arabica layout for this visual keyboard on the bottom screen , how to make the the letters with arabic ??????
This is a windows feature and not a self laptop.
So as long as you are using a windows os, it supports multi- language
According to MIcrosoft study, people are 40% more efficient when they use dual screens
To week processor if they put Ryzen 7840 it would work
