Admittedly all of these ones are TV mini series but I think a TV mini series has more time to look at a subject with more depth. And if you like “Rogue Heroes “ you would definitely like “Heroes “ and “Heroes” two about the operations of Z special against Singapore harbour in 1943 - 1944.
Other obscure Vietnam war tv shows you might want to consider “Sword of Honour “ not the British one. But one made in Australia in 1986 about a Duntroon cadet who goes to Vietnam in 1966. And his relationship with his girlfriend who is in the protest movement. And the Nicole Kidman series Vietnam made in 1987. Much higher production values and a better script. Filmed in Thailand in 1986.
My book to move list would be “ My brother Jack “ Tv series slightly better than book. “1915” the TV series is definitely better than the book. And actually makes more sense! Lol. And “The last Bastion “ if you wonder why we Aussies hate Churchill it’s not just over Gallipoli! Lol. It’s the fall of Singapore in 1942 and Churchill diverting the 7th division of the AIF to Burma without telling us. Lol. And finally “Heroes” the commando raids on Singapore operation Jaywick in 1943. Staring Jason Donovan would you believe! Lol. A bit better than the book which is historically inaccurate.

The TV movie Hiroshima is pretty good. Well worth a look.
