Wish I could have figured it out. Couldnt really see well enough to see placement of the ruler. I use a mid arm so I cant use the ruler (Didnt read description well enough) but I thought I might trace it on paper and then transfer it using a light board but It just isnt working for me. I need to practice feathers . lol

It sounds like you need to block them before and after binding. It’s a process of soaking the quilt, then smoothing it out over a surface like polystyrene where you can pin into it. Then it will dry flat and straight.

What machine are you using and does it have a stitch regulator. Thank you.

This is an Eversewn Sparrow 20 and no, it doesn't have a stitch regulator. This is a very basic home machine.
