Dale is really growing up quickly it seems. Good little boy with bright head. He also seems strong and somewhat athletic for his age. Great trip for you all. Semper Fi, Tim.
Sir Tim K, you are so lucky to have Crissy - never seems to get flustered - and come on - she ate the whole squid! Where the heck does she put it? Thanks for the adventure!
Tim with the dozens of promotions always happening in Palawan you could’ve had so much more bang for your buck , doesn’t matter who’s paying for it.. I had my honeymoon in Palawan, flights , meals, hotels and island hopping for 1000 bucks Canadian and it wasn’t even the cheapest promo package from the island tour operators..3 nights, island hopping alligator park,And nderground river cave, dropped off and picked up at our hotel,it was a blast.
@@ihn2023 I can’t remember but I was staying at a hotel called the charter house in Makati and inside they had a tour company office/desk area that was offering all kinds of special all inclusive deals…first day was picked up at 630am at the hotel and drivin with other tourist about two hours to a place full of tour boats, it was really nice lots of shops etc. then introduced to our tour guides, after that went to four different islands, can’t remember all the names but two that stood out were snake island (no snakes) and Honda island, lots of wild monkeys, monitor lizards, snorkeling was incredible so many beautiful tropical fish 🐠 and the food was incredible. Second day a trip to the crocodile park, inside they had in a hugh glass case the skeleton of the biggest croc ever found, think the name was Lalong all 24+ feet. Our last day we were free to do what we wanted for the day and we left for the airport in the evening and went back to Manila. It was a great time and everyone from hotel workers to the courier service and guides was top notch. I think we got a really good deal, especially on short notice,it might’ve been because they still had flights and hotels for the getaway not fully booked yet.
@@ihn2023 forgot to mention second day after visiting the croc park we went to the underground river cave , it runs deep into the mountain at some points the ceiling is hundreds of feet high , the boat guides all have full safety gear and hugh mounted lights , felt very safe and at times abit nervous, but that’s what makes it fun in the end.
Learn to relax Tim. Whining about prices on a vacation doesn't make it memorable or a positive video to some of your subscribers. Breath! Cheers from sunny Florida.
That's what vacation Is for to enjoy & spend money.. We went on vacation for 3 months & stayed at my sister's condo.. 7 of us went & we spoiled them.. Went to El Nido & had fun And many more places..
We were going to do the same thing but I refused to pay 300 bucks for this flight. We're going to fly to puerto princesa for like 50 bucks and take a van to el nido.
Loved your video. I do believe when I used to fly from Seattle to the Philippines the round trip air fair was between $700 to $800. I only wish our local airport here in Yakima was half as nice as that one. And yes Chrissy looked amazing. Thanks for sharing the video Tim.
Minneapolis to Philippines was about $1200-1300 round trip, but if I drove to O'hare in Chicago and flew from there, it was about $600-700 round trip. Doesn't make much sense, but when 4 of us went, we drove to Chicago, spent the night at the hotel, left the car at the hotel for 2 weeks, flew back and drove back home... Checking for flights now, everything seems to be around $1200-1800 round trip 😞per person.
I know the feeling. Our fly from Bangkok back to Manila was delayed, we had a connecting flight to cebu. Taxi driver in manila drove like a rally driver 😄. He made it happen
@@rosebrown2267 it's also very expansive because this is easter, the longest week end of the year here in the PH, 4 days off, everything is fully booked, sold out and prices are over the roof, this is obviously the worst week end of the year to travel!
Last time I was there go 3 streets away from the beach for better prices. Also take a motor taxi to nacpan beach has to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Chrissy is correct a tomato is a fruit, Google it. It has seeds and comes from the flowering reproductive parts of the plant. Botanically making it a fruit. I know you like to act you know everything Tim and talk down to Chrissy, but in this case you're wrong.
Last time I flew in Buswanga in Coron from Manila. I got super bored at night in Coron, it super province, after about 3 days I found a boat that was 3 hour to El Nido, cool boat ride and El nido was so much better and much more fun.
I'm so glad I by passed el nido. And all that tourist stuff up there. I got stuck in sabang.. I can't wait to get back .. locals experience other than when I did the tourist things. Made some great friends. If u go there. Eat at la casa my buddy fellow truck driver uwe the crazy aussie owns it good food .. chill vibe

Tim, yes, a tomato is a fruit. Guess what? So are plantains, eggplants, pumpkins, zucchinis, squashes and cucumbers; to name a few. If it contains seeds inside then it is a fruit.
We went to El Nido on Swift and back with van and cheap flight back from Puerto Princessa. After doing it felt like extra for flight both ways would be more worth it. We rented a scooter and stayed a few days in an AirBnB on Las Cabanas Beach, a few days on Corong Corong Beach, a night at Seda on Lio Beach, Nacpan Glamping on Nacpan Beach (like California beaches), and 2 nights on Daracotan Island living like castaways. Duli beach on way from Nacpan to Daracotan was cool too. Enjoy!
Tim, next time try to fly into Puerto Princesa and experience the Underground River, Bakers Hill, and Alligator Farm to name a few attractions. Then you can take a 5 hour van ride to El Nido and look at a beautiful countryside on your way, I think we paid about 500 a piece for the van,
Hello Tim, as you are an ex-military I am surprised you were confused about your flight time. 1415 hours is not 4 pm. And as other mentionned this flight is expensive and cater mostly to tourist on short holiday to El Nido and the this is a private airport that belong to this airline. No competition. Enjoy your stay.
Beautiful El Nido flying into on Air Swift or just Swift? There in 17’ my wife and I stayed at a bungalow on beach. It’s definitely a must see but a few days is enough.
You are lucky, at the time we could only fly from Iloilo to Puerto Princessa. Then a six hour van ride on a very twisty turney highway. Very exhausted by the time we got to El Nido
Oh Tim...At 21:48 when u said... Chrissy... you have an entire Squid 🦑 Navigating ur Intestines right now... Oh goodness I spit the pop right out of my mouth..😂😂
HelloTim i was listening to youtube on your channel a while back starlink is coming to the philippines have you did any checking i'm getting it and if you have what the cost is
Tomatoes are truly actually fruit. Which is hilarious when people say that pineapple doesn't belong on pizza because it's fruit.. haha but so are tomatoes (fruit sauce).
Actually Krissy is correct. Yes, many people see a tomato as a vegetable, but technically, it's a fruit. Just not a sweet fruit like many other fruits.
it costs me that to fly here in Canada as well for a 1 hour trip. Never thought it would be that high in Philippines. Must be the popularity of El Nido and a big tourist spot.
Tim your living the dream brother! Beautiful wife and family in a beautiful country, hope to make my way down there some day and get me a philpino beauty, been watching you since the Baldr days keep up the good work brother
