This song hits reality on so many different levels. Smh... People never listened when Michael sang. Its not just about his voice but the lyrics. Remember he said he doesnt sing it if he doesnt mean it. Look whats happening in the world today. So many negative things yet people are more focused on people's business or crap that are simply irrelevant. We need to open our eyes and our ears and understand what this beautiful soul was saying. Theres more to life than gossiping and finding ways to put other people down. Come on man...

This should have been a single too tbh, love how you can hear the emotional pain in Michael's voice when he says "why you wanna trip on me", like he wanted to get on his knees crying and begging What also adds to it is the background voices in the chorus, absolutely perfection
Oh my #god, how I much #love this song! You can feel his anger against paparazzi, who care just about unimportant things like celebrities, fashion, scandals etc. He points out that we, and also they, should more care about #femine, #drug addiction of #young people, people who had to go to walk on the street, corruption... #MichaelJackson told you in #1991! But thanks to mainstream media people never heard Michael's #real voice. All they cared about was his look, his private life, his family. And that's what #Dangerous album is about! Look at it's cover. He sees through, he knows much more, but he cannot be heard.
In order to listen to this song properly, one must be wearing a great set of headphones to hear the magic in this song. It was THIS song that turned me from just "liking" Michael Jackson, to becoming a SUPER fan of Michael Jackson. Those layers of his voice as he sings out WWWHHHHYYY WHHHYYYY WHHYYYYY do you wanna.....❤🥰 29+ years later and this song STILL does something to me...❤
We've got drug addiction In the minds of the weak We've got so much corruption Police brutality We've got streetwalkers Walkin' into darkness Tell me What are we doing To try to stop this Why you want to trip on me..... This man touches many aspect of life through his music. ALL HAIL TO MY KING!!
This song brings back beautiful memories of hearing the Dangerous album back in 1991. The sound of Dangerous was like rapture to my ears, such an amazing sound insanely brilliant. It was like being in heaven. I was blown away by it. Wish we could go back 😢 to when we still had him. Having him here with us felt normal when we felt his energy.. my heart yearns to feel the same normal again 😢 Sobg sounds just as fresh today on Michael's birthday in 2023 as it sounded 22 years ago. ❤ Michael Jackson, you are sorely missed. ❤
He was a good man and best entertainer of our lifetime. So glad I grew up with him love him to death. His music felt like I knew him and wish I met him but one doctor took him away from us God bless michael forever
history disc 2 is better to be honest. it is litterally his personal attack back at the elites who run the whole world including the media and everything. mike went balistics on disc 2 of history. almost every song was a fuckin exposure attack at the elites. mike was woke in a mf
Death Rager some songs of history are personal and amazing (scream, they don’t care about us, tabloid junkie, money) but as a whole thing its not as good as dangerous
This album takes me back to my childhood. I'll never forget buying "Dangerous" when I was around 9 years old and playing it over and over and over ESPECIALLY this track here! lol I loved to listen to this song with earphones on because the background vocals are absolutely superb and beautiful.
Imagine how much kids would actually enjoy school if they had Michael Jackson studies...he was only here 50 years, practically a solo artist for only 20 and he left so much quality to his name. There will be a renaissance, and I hope the powers that be clear his good name. The world needs Michael, and children need his art.
Mj still came up with all the instrumental melodies and DRUM layouts just had Riley actually lay them out because he didn't know how to play instruments
@@kirosasher not true with all the Teddy tracks on this album, he brought a bunch of tracks for Michael to choose from. No doubt Michael helped some with shaping them, but the drums on the Teddy tracks are pure Teddy Riley from this era. To think that Teddy just recreated what Michael had in his mind just isn’t accurate. That’s why there is such a change from the Quincy Jones albums to this one… Teddy brought his New Jack Swing to Michael.
OMG, I remember I was one of the first few people to win this album on the radio a week before it came out. I think my brother and I played it so much it broke before it came out. 😂
I remember listening to this on cassette tape for the first time on Christmas day 1991 and 'Why you wanna trip on me' really stood out along with 'Who Is It' and 'Give In to Me' The guy was a genius. Even his shit songs were amazing. The world misses him dearly R.I.P. MJ

@@Chicken69 wtf.. Michael Jackson was innocent. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?? hater get out of this good place
@@Chicken69 HE DIDN'T!! i hope you can understand that the truth is on his side, his accusers are lying because he didn't sexually abuse them. Please, watch Square One, or Lies Of Leaving Neverland. There's 0% truth in Leaving Neverland... please, let him rest in peace! he deserves better, he is innocent.
@@Chicken69 lol okay but do the right research! don't get things twisted, if Michael were a pedo, i would NOT be his fan. We love him more as a human than as an artist.
@@Chicken69 he's been proven innocent again this year 😑
This song hits different when you are victim of an injustice.
This album is fucking flawless beyond comprehension, the fact it came out in 1991 blows the mind. The only conclusion, the title of King rests as G.O.A.T. Say what you want to bring him down, there is no evidence, only people hoping to lie their way into a free money bag.
Spot onn !

Yes, somebody loves MJ. THANK YOU!!!
Media needs to listen to this awesome piece. He really spoke through his wok. Miss Michael jackson. RIP Michael 💖
Yes 😘
#MJJINNOCENT! 😤😤
💯
This should have been a single too tbh, love how you can hear the emotional pain in Michael's voice when he says "why you wanna trip on me", like he wanted to get on his knees crying and begging
What also adds to it is the background voices in the chorus, absolutely perfection
What the #Hell is with all the #hashtags ?
In order to listen to this song properly, one must be wearing a great set of headphones to hear the magic in this song. It was THIS song that turned me from just "liking" Michael Jackson, to becoming a SUPER fan of Michael Jackson. Those layers of his voice as he sings out WWWHHHHYYY WHHHYYYY WHHYYYYY do you wanna.....❤🥰
29+ years later and this song STILL does something to me...❤
Michael was a absolute Genius! We miss him so much!😢🙏❤️✝️ Rest In Peace Beautiful One!
I have in headphones now. You are right.
The better equipment you have, the better MJ experience you get.
The production and attention to sound quality is so good with him.
I especially love the "why do you wanna" omg 🥰🥰😍😍
I love this song ur right I tried too and it feels good now I love I’m more ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
The king of Pop 👑 I Love you and miss you so much ♥️😢
And this was Michael...
All I here is a cry of despair...Michael is a very rare person...
R.I.P Michael...

We're getting it!! :D
MrImagayguy are we seriously getting a dangerous 25?? i want this to happen so bad
kamilla ahlström No Dangerous 25 sorry
typicaljackson I have a good time 🙌🌹 I love you
He was the god of music. Way before his time. And died to young.
Michael Jackson será sempre o rei do pop mundial
We've got drug addiction
In the minds of the weak
We've got so much corruption
Police brutality
We've got streetwalkers
Walkin' into darkness
Tell me
What are we doing
To try to stop this
Why you want to trip on me.....
Having him here with us felt normal when we felt his energy.. my heart yearns to feel the same normal again 😢
Sobg sounds just as fresh today on Michael's birthday in 2023 as it sounded 22 years ago. ❤
Michael Jackson, you are sorely missed. ❤
😩♥️♥️♥️

I miss music like this. A simple beat, and pure lyrics. Rest In Peace Micheal.
*see folks!!! even dogs have a say in the phenomenon of Michael*
Is this beat simple to you doggo?
Amooni P this beat ain’t simple. this is hard
*nice doggy you got there but will never compare it with my dog*
simple beat? lol
He was a good man and best entertainer of our lifetime. So glad I grew up with him love him to death. His music felt like I knew him and wish I met him but one doctor took him away from us God bless michael forever
still one of the dopest song kick offs in the history of pop.
Jam kicks it off
musical bible .. this album is hands down one of the best Albums ever created. ... my idol !
For me his best .
history disc 2 is better to be honest. it is litterally his personal attack back at the elites who run the whole world including the media and everything. mike went balistics on disc 2 of history. almost every song was a fuckin exposure attack at the elites. mike was woke in a mf
Death Rager some songs of history are personal and amazing (scream, they don’t care about us, tabloid junkie, money) but as a whole thing its not as good as dangerous
Listening to the Dangerous album should be mandatory in schools.
idolatry is a sin
Damn exciting song... This is one of the few of his songs where we mostly hear his voice in the lower register. He really had a rich voice.
Sexy as hell.
It's an extremely good song, the bad thing is that it's underrated
This album takes me back to my childhood. I'll never forget buying "Dangerous" when I was around 9 years old and playing it over and over and over ESPECIALLY this track here! lol I loved to listen to this song with earphones on because the background vocals are absolutely superb and beautiful.
GimmeABeat86 Fr
Me too. I buy this album when i was 11 years old. I am his super fan till to this day. ❤❤❤💯
I was 9 too when this came out
That "why would you wanna" backing vocal is impeccable ♥️
Imagine how much kids would actually enjoy school if they had Michael Jackson studies...he was only here 50 years, practically a solo artist for only 20 and he left so much quality to his name. There will be a renaissance, and I hope the powers that be clear his good name. The world needs Michael, and children need his art.
As a 9th grader I wouldn’t mind at all if we had a whole day of the school week in Michael Jackson studies 😉
@@shockadelica86 Truth!
El es Rey del pop siempre lo será ❤
The chorus is so good I’ve never listened to the whole thing before it’s amazing
Michael Jackson, the prophet! Most of what he's singing in this song is a reflection of today's world...
Hes a starseed.
His music is a whole new universe ❤
His performances ,videos etc 🤯
A funky motherf**ker of a song whatever they say of the man he was an undisputed musical genius
I will argue that point to death
Total genius
Don't leave out the creator of this track. New Jack King Teddy Riley.( All Instruments, Producer, Engineer)..
Doesn’t matter if they think he is a pedo or not but if they say he wasn’t a genius they’re retarded.
I can feel his anger! You are so right Michael. We Will be with you ❤️❤️
I love you Michael! From the bottom of my heart! ❤️
God bless Michael Jackson forever
OMG, I remember I was one of the first few people to win this album on the radio a week before it came out. I think my brother and I played it so much it broke before it came out. 😂
I remember listening to this on cassette tape for the first time on Christmas day 1991 and 'Why you wanna trip on me' really stood out along with 'Who Is It' and 'Give In to Me' The guy was a genius. Even his shit songs were amazing. The world misses him dearly R.I.P. MJ

OMG MJ was a Genius
The beats on this album still go hard. It's crazy.
You gotta listen to La Toya Jackson - Could This Be Love We're Making (1991) ;)
This is the First time in *10 Years* since The *King's* Death, that the *Tears* are coming back.
Even though I never Met this Great Man. And it was My *Dream* to meet him since *Childhood* and came Close.
I still *Feel* him through his *Music*
And that Will Never *Change*
I love how Michael's music was relevant to the times when they were made and still to this day. His music's timeless, and I keep playing his music even more in times like these. Much love and stay safe out there Moonwalkers! 🙏💖
THE KING OF POP 👑❤
King of pop Michael Jackson and that is you the best of all time.
Dangerous.....the cover, the songs, masterpiece !
This is a car banger for sure!💯🔥
WHY, WHY, WHY, why the hell don't they play stuff like this on classic radio stations?
Ik im 3 YEARS late to this but Lithuania (country im from) it played black or white on the radio IN 2021! my respect for my country's radio: 📈📈📈📈📈📈📈
Right smh 🤦🏾♀️
Because they are shit. They do not wanna play great songs like these.
I do
Because some songs are released as singles and some stay on the album.
King of music
G.O.A.T
HE IS MICHAEL JACKSON
The biggest superstar the world has ever seen🙏
Another underrated gem by Michael.
Gosh, I just found this song, the rhythm is soooo fantastic
amazing album
Definately MJ "One of the wonders in the world"
Lots of love from India
its been 12 years without Michael Jackson King of POP
Heal the world
We are the WORLD
RIP MJ
I love Michael 😭💔❤
but the problem I’m scratching not only my head by your cause I’m so perplexed as to
why not say what you got to say to those who need to hear it directly from your mouth and make it clear cause without doubt you have both everything written under the sun in any land in complete agreement with you.
if you let go of this what are you saying and what’s next and if you don’t care you might should cause it’s effecting you and you don’t even know it
not to say why fear only to inject more fear but to question things cause as you notice as john f. barnes rightly mentioned “sometimes I wonder what these ‘experts are talking about”
Innocent lnnocent king of pop. I miss you. I love you. Russia
One of the most thoughtful lyrics ever written. Michael was a genius.
Simplemente el Mejor en toda la historia de la Música.
@Jessica Maunder me imagino la sensación cuando usaron partes en el super bowl y en This is it..
Totalmente de acuerdo.!!viva Michael.!!
Michael Jackson introduced me to rock music
Love u Michael. Sorry u had to go thru so much . U gave us Love. And we and me give it right back. Happy heaven my prince talent beyond the universes in the billion galaxies.
I had a video tape of dangerous album music videos when I was 9, this was on the credits and I used to skip to get to this song. Dangerous is probably my favourite mj album. Michael Jackson never made a bad song. I don’t have a favorite mj song but I love some more than others and if I could choose it would probably be this. Michael Jackson is my therapy, I even told my therapist. I have songs for every mood. This song helps when I’m angry or frustrated and cheers me up. How can you be in a bad mood with the sexiest greatest singer of all time. Don’t care what anyone says about him, nothing will stop me loving him. My dream man. Such a beautiful soul.
I agree with everything you said, MJ is the greatest thing to happen to music and my life in particular I feel. The GOAT 👑
This entire album..... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
