When they widen the roads they need to create a large roundabout style at white river for the flow with two lanes each way for at least 1/4 mile.. even though this would require relocating the Texaco and the car dealership. Plus, they apparently need an extra red plate only lane through the Drax Hall to Wharf area engorced by cameras and set up one way one time of day, the other way when trying to get passengers to ships since the red plates already act like ghee is no solid lines through there. Just the one single lane with restriction for red plate and government vehicles only might actually reduce a load of the traffic problems. Since the police are not writing the tickets on the red plates so now others are following suit.
