- After three years i have returned to Circumferential road 6 to check back the developments. Since there were many press release regarding the opening of the new portions, i was curious to see. There were new bike lanes beside the Laguna lake, and the old jogging path is now transformed to a carriageway. From a 1x1 road it is now a 2x2 but most portions of the new road is still closed. This is a very promising alternative road as EDSA and C-5 is already congested. Unfortunately even with the widened Barkadahan Bridge, the traffic and bottleneck is still there, due to the intersection and stoplight just after the bridge is probably the culprit, DPWH should have extended the bridge after the intersection but visibly you could see the ROW issues. Dim, perhaps you should clarify that this Laguna Lake Highway is NOT the Laguna Lakeshore Dike Expressway that was junked by the Pnoy administration. Besides C-6 Laguna Lake highway is only a part of the lake shore highway. Once C-6 shifts route into Tanay, the Lakeshore highway will no longer be part of C-6.
i hope an alternative beside the lake controlled elevated road is built a real circumferential road passing rizal, muntinlupa, laguna so going to pagsanjan pakil mabitac and pililia will be easier.

dami pa aasikasuhin sila dpwh rito. sana ma ayos na ang problema sa lahat pra tuloy na ang gawa.
Parang provincial road siya especially McArthur Highway ‘yung section ng Taytay. Parang ‘yung mga bayan ng Binalonan at Pozorrubio sa McArthur facing the mountains. Good alternate route, sana mai-extend hanggang Batasan.

Hanggang Batasan po yan, ang main toll way nya ay sa San Mateo at dun din magging main entrance at exit ng LLH (Laguna Lake Highway) then mag lalagay sila ng extension papuntang SJDM via Montalban

wala talagang taste ang DPWH yun C-6 road ext parang bara bara lang, nag effort man lamang sana na hindi gawing mukhang third world yun itsura, yun pondo para sa lane markings binulsa na lang siguro :(
joseph Rodriguez, kaya nga pinagtatawanan tayo ng indonesia at thailand maging malaysia dahil sa national highway natin pang 3rd world talaga daw ang itchura niya walang class ang dating mala-nepal daw higway natin minsan walang marking sa gitna kupas na pinapabayaan nalang ng DPWH na ganun at basta basta nalang iiwan na parang gawang provins na highway na 2 lanes na nga lang wala pang side walk parang mapapansin mo talaga ang 2lanes na highway na gawa nila parang ang sikip pang tricycle yata ang design hahahaha, marami naman budjets si DPWH bakit ganyan ang national higway na gawa nila kulang kulang parang sinto sinto lang haha ,kahit expressway daw natin na tintawag natin NLEX,SLEX ang design low standard daw yun ang figure ng mga indogs,malayshit at thais na mga yan ,nakakabanas minsan magbasa sa comment nila saatin infra, pero pinagkibidbalikat ko na lamang mga pinagsasabi nila which is totoo naman sabi nila , kurakot kasi inuuna kaya ayan ang kinalalabasan,

comparing sa old video ko malaki na pinag bago pero pagdating sa barkadahan talagang sa tingin ko un problema sa intersection. 199+ seconds siya siguro dapat gawan ng alternative yan intersection na yan.
true po sir dim matagal na yan problema yung intersection umaabot ng minsa"y ng 30 mins kaya dapat i adjust nila yung timer ng stoplight at sana ayusin nila yung trapiko dyan
sobrang tagal grabe. sa dami ng dumadaan maiipon talaga.
hehehehe lalo na po yung sa barkadahan bridge nung hindi pa tapos sa may southbound nakakaurat yung trapik inabutan na kami dati ng gabi plus yung pa yun mentioned na stoplight pero kapag sobrang haba ng trapik siniswitch nila sa orange light para bumilis yung daloy especially during rush hour

this looks like incomplete, i think this is just the northbound lane, the southbound will be the old lane when they are done with the repair and alignment.
It looks better now. I suggest if you have time, maybe do a mini-update every 3 months.

Ang ganda ng C-6 pero kulang sa lanes, in a near future, macocongest iyan, mas maganda kung 3×3 ang lane (3 sa northbound at 3 sa southbound) plus yung bike lane.

Another obtuse project by DPWH. 15 years from now, this highway will be traffic clogged. There is no vision or foresight for the future.

ito po yun lakeshore highway., iba yun itatayo na LLED expressway at pag aaralan ito ulit gawin. Pero para di malito C6 nalang para mas simple hehehe

I thought the PNoy admin has junk the Laguna Lakeshore project for not being a viable project.
i guess its back to the drawing board.. there are plans to revive this from what i heard.
