Ah so the legal situation just this week.. today I had a letter from work that fired me , an appointment with Iowa unemployment office, tomorrow I have unemployment fact finding with ex-employer at 9am. At 1pm I have to go to vocational rehabilitation appointment to try and get assistance for tuition for National University I just applied at and had already got approved for FASA last month. I have district court hearing Thursday the 12th at 9:30am for a petition for forced entry and detainer… I guess that’s a great way of saying the property manager is taking my home not foreclosing on the house just taking ownership of the lot my house is on.. which apparently gives them the right to dead bolt me from gaining access to my home.. all because I paid 2 months of my mortgage and not one for lot rent and one for mortgage!!! This week is the week I don’t want to adult. I wanna be the ostrich with the head in the sand.
