Bujoy, eu faço em casa. Li várias receitas pela internet e fiz uma própria tirada das que li. Aí comi tofu de todas as formas que eles comem. A que mais gostei, e gostei muito mesmo é tofu frito. Parece um pouco com queijo mussarela. Depois fiz umas vezes. Agora faz tempo que não faço.
Mas te aconselho a experimentar porque é BOM. Um abraço. Brasil
Usei o liquidificador. Coei com um pano de prato novo.

Grinding in stone ( Chakki as its called in India) releases amazing flavour of ingredient. Never the same with electric grinders.
Cooking on woodfire or coals enhances food taste anyday.
Our poodle is called candy also, but she is more apricot than white.
Hahaha, it's fate, I'm very happy to meet another dog named "Candy"!
She puts all those fancy cooks with dramatics , chefs in ultra high tech kitchens and Michelin cooks to shame.
We don‘t have the same herbs. After reading a bit I learned they are part of the traditional Chinese medicine, used as cough remedy. So I guess they are packed with aromatic oils. Mugwort is bitter tasting, we use it dried for seasoning goose roast because it helps to stomach fatty meat. As for the Pseudo gnaphalium affine / cudweed not the same as the American or Eurasian common named plant I have no idea what it tastes like. But it sure is a nice idea to glam up the tofu with fresh spring herbs. Maybe I will try a batch using what is around, fresh nettles, sorrel, mugwort and burnet, bear leek.

You can get it at the Asian (Chinese) grocery store. They might have them preblended. Ingredients: Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Cumin, Ginger, Angelica, Sichuan Peppercorn, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Galangal, White Pepper, Cloves, Liquorice, Cardamom, Seasoning & Spices (not sure what they are).
It’s available on Amazon too if you don’t have Asian shops in your area
