Playful cloud and clap combo move
This move is a old move that was scrapped by the devs and I wish they added this instead of something like sevenfold strike or secret ult intro!
In my opinion they need to do it as:
1. Sercret ult move
2. Mastery
3. Rework
(Not in order)

So what really happened?
I dont really know but I think that they scrapped it because the expectations were higher they expected scrapping the idea
