@@TheDonshaz wow! You know that almost everyone want’s a shifter and even more feel that climate control should have physical buttons. Maybe you feel different but that’s you! I think most would rather not go through a bunch of screens to do what we need to do. More dangerous than it needs to be too. Plus electronics fail more often than a physical switch.

If I wanted a Tesla I would have got a Tesla. I don’t . Seems they suck. Try watching Tesla owners suffer in a carwash or stranded because there’s no infrastructure for them.
The video doesn't show it, but the 2025 model comes with enhanced ambient lighting compared to the 2020-2024 models (when the extended lighting package is selected). A new light strip has been added to the center console, complementing the existing ambient lighting in the door panels (front and rear). There's also a light strip across the dashboard, including the glove box area and above the light control panel. Both the front and rear footwells are now illuminated as well, creating a more immersive and refined lighting experience.
The designers refuse to provide a space to store the freaking 'Key Bob' crap. With actual metal 'Keys' they were out of the way when in use, not so with that 'Little Black ' annoyance 'Button'!!!!
I am huge Mercedes fan. However, the interior of these facelifted models seems very interesting to me. The inside looks futuristic and ergonomic. And in this sense this is a problem for such brand as BMW which is designed to feel sportive. The steering wheel looks very cheap, whereas Mercedes mastered this part providing high end luxurious feeling touch. The BMW’s leather feels extremely common and impractical, so for me this is the part the company should work on, besides that everything looks very interesting and its just a step forward for the new gen design, unlike the interior of EQ Mercedes series with that huge middle panel.
much better materials in bmw and if you verify both cockpits bmw is cleaner and much more focused on driver functions and less gameplay! there ere no noises in the temu plstic cockpit like in mercedes
At least there’s still an actual volume knob
Not for long..
I don’t . I like some buttons and a shifter. I think having to use the screen for everything is stupid.
That's not a tesla, bud
The lack of controls for ventilation is annoying but it’s ok in operation. Voice commands also work
Theres plenty of buttons

Apart from a couple of details I prefer the 1st LCI
is the ambient also under your feet?
In the foot wells as well as under the seats for backseat passengers
What seats are these?
In each update they have lower number of ambient light to decrease cost
I do not like the interface. I much prefer the traditional odometer and speedometer look.
Less ambient lighting what a shitshow, I'm glad I have my lci

This is my dream car. Unfortunately, I cannot afford it.
Gotta grind and work more hours
Just a tech update, not a facelift
Yeah
The USB in the front seat, Does anybody know it’s the type A or type C? Thanks
I have the 2024 version and is type A. The one in the arm rest compartment is type C
2025 model is USB-C Only
I hate that dashboard. It’s like driving a game console. Absolute crap.
Go back to 1995.

Mercedes interior is much appealing

I think bmw has finally surpassed Mercedes they are killing it right now we’ll see how long that lasts
