    I love this! So great and easy to use, thanks. I zipped on the map to my building in Vancouver and for the first time see all the sold units so easily.

      Try tapping the the inset map from any listing page then choosing 3D, street view or directions

    I love this app! For me, it's made real estate FUN, like gaming! I've constantly got my finger on the pulse of my local real estate market by having my finger on the app. 😊

    is there an option to indicate whether the listing is offer review or not? this is a pain point

      Unfortunately, only realtors have access to that in the broker remarks on our MLS.

    I'm surprised CREA allows them to publish sold history information. I thought they were super protective of that information

      Listed's information isn't from CREA. Listed is a connected directly to Real Estate Boards across Canada so you can get this information directly from your agent - (Tom if you're lucky! :) The reason for this, and why it's important, is that having representation directly correlates to success. On (CREA) realtor ca - buyers who connect with the listing agent are reaching the agent who represents the interests of the Seller. Listed helps people through their own agent, with fast, reliable data, direct from the source in support of MLSes nationwide.

    Toronto is overpriced listings lol
