is there an option to indicate whether the listing is offer review or not? this is a pain point

Unfortunately, only realtors have access to that in the broker remarks on our MLS.

I'm surprised CREA allows them to publish sold history information. I thought they were super protective of that information

Listed is a connected directly to Real Estate Boards across Canada so you can get this information directly from your agent - (Tom if you're lucky! :) The reason for this, and why it's important, is that having representation directly correlates to success.
