if you switch the camera to “Ramp Camera” you can see them running down the ramp into the ring!
Theoretically you can have 30 men in the ring of a rumble as the same time yes but it’s usually very unlikely. You have other types like Battle royal where you can start with as many as 40 people in the ring at once
