Eucalyptus is NOT ADDED to honey!!! Eucalyptus honey is made by bees which forage mostly on the nectar of eucalyptus flowers, producing a varietal honey that can be classified as eucalyptus honey! Australia has different varieties of eucalyptus honey, including Blue Gum, Red Gum, Bush Mallee, Jarrah etc.
and you have clearly never been to Australia considering that eucalyptus originally comes from Australia and almost every native tree in Australia is a eucalyptus
