Super Metroid any% in

I've had quite a few IGT runs that I think were better than this (typically worse phantoons and cleaner mid to late games). But I held together a godlike phantoon fight well enough to get this :)
The in game timer does not count door transitions (including door scroll), lag, item fanfares, pauses, parts of the elevator rides, and refill stations. The fact that it does not count doors is what makes plasma worth grabbing.
