hello Mr , what about the 20% bais , and the 1:5 ratio to know why 4 ma and 20 ma not other values , after that and if we know the values of 4 and 20 mA it's easy to know the 250 ohm resistor with a simple role of ohm v= RI thank you i hop to try explain your courses in English ةthat we can follow up with you
