2042 clip is from the beta, it got fixed and the game has these kind of backdrops too, renewel has one with dogfights where you can see rounds flying from jets.

@@Fittofatwastaken It’s either a Junkers 52 or a C-47. Because the Junkers 52 had landing gear out all the time, even while flying. But we can’t see the landing gear.
There's no school like the old school. All this technology in this new improved shit. Is nothing compared to the stuff I grew up with I was born in the 90s. I'm now 30. So I had a good life growing up. Began to appreciate things. Kids nowadays take for granted

I remember when the pacific theater came out and you see ship after ship charging the beaches to let out entire squadrons of soldiers charging the hills. People gave BfV a lot of shit for the historical inaccuracy (myself included) but the gameplay was simply amazing and the scenery really made you feel you a small piece of something much larger.

In bf 2042 the fights are supposed to be in a contained ring and those helicopters are the Reinforcements
I said I wanted to try battlefield 2042 because I had gotten permabanned on my account with battlefield 5 on it, so then my dad went and bought me battlefield 2042 I explained it to him but I still play it and we take turns playing it

I get it. But I feel dice did enough good to make a fuck around game. It's not right that it was as broken as it was on release. But it's not cod they aren't shitting one or two out every year. I think they earned having one that's just to mess around on. That's why the older servers are still supported.
They had to rush the game to keep up with playerbase and the enemy COD releases.

Me personally I’m not a fan of battlefield and the reason is the controls, don’t get me wrong the game is great but why would my ADS sense be 10x fucking higher than my normal sense it’s impossible to play on controller

And yeah this shows one of the many problems with 2042 it lost the meaning of playing battlefield it felt more like an cod arena shooter then a battlefield

The other battlefields made you really feel like you were there. Especially Battlefield 1. I remember having genuine nightmares about being a soldier in ww1, and I'd wake up in a cold sweat. 2042 doesn't give me that feeling. 2042 feels like I'm in a simulation made by the military to train the soldiers. It's looks "realistic" but only to a certain degree. Every other bf, I felt like it was life or death in every firefight. 2042, it's just like, "Oh yeah, I'll be fine. I'll just respawn."

They slowly screwed up 5 when 2042 came out. I felt the game change and become whack compared to what it used to be. Never getting another one because EA is too big and doesn’t care

Bf5 did have its faults but the details were amazing. Bf2042 sucked balls from day 1. Wish i never wasted my money on it

Let's be honest. Today, 6 years after release Battlefield 1 has a 10 to 1 playercount to Battlefield 2042 for a reason. Bf2042 is garbage.
There is no such thing as battlefield 2042. It is a beta, not a real game. Freeware is not legitimate
