      Chef Tom I know what I'd like to see. Richard said you are great with bread and pastry.
      I'd like to see a crusty bread that is soft on the inside and I'd like to see a cheesecake
      Richard makes the most amazing cheesecake that he learned from school.

      @@baldwindeb1 I think I can work cheesecake into the channel. Thanks for the suggestion. Check out the French bread video for some great crusty bread. Do you know the po-boy rolls from New Orleans? Those might be good to check out for your crusty/soft craving. Thanks for the question! Chef Tom
