My HK9 Ultra 2 Max keeps randomly rebooting which is really annoying as it loses step counts etc. I've factory reset several times and it still does it. No sign of a firmware update either :(

Had mine over 3 weeks it does the same thing. Mines resets and goes from English to French. Also sometimes by itself it will connect to my phones Bluetooth media making sound come out of watch instead of the phone. Then I have to go into watch settings Bluetooth then it stops playing from watch. The watch software is buggy. So may purchase this watch also.
