Omg! Felt sad for Elha because of her Health. 🥺 Actually, she was thinking about her future. Two factors ang iniisip niya.
First, what people see/say to her as a person because of gaining weight. It has a big impact on her mentality.
Second, is the future of herself. Like yung ASAP nga na what if mag gain pa ng sobra weight niya at mag mukha na siyang hindi kaaya-aya sa harap ng camera. (we know naman na some management hinahanap is yung "star factor physically") isa iyon sa iniisip niya. Baka hindi na siya kunin ng ASAP after mag end ng contract niya.

I had a roommate in college who had the same weight issues with Elha. She did all she could to lose weight but it was too draining and stressful for her. She would run for 1 hour daily and play ping pong for almost 3 hours Mondays to Fridays. She also stopped consuming rice and junk food. However, she didn’t see much improvement. It was inevitable for her to compare herself with her peers who could eat whatever they wanted but still didn’t gain weight. Some even criticized her and told her that she probably not doing enough to lose weight. She got depressed and increased the hours she spent on exercising. She would only eat skyflakes for breakfast and lunch, and would skip dinner. She also took laxatives. She lost the weight she wanted and looked so skinny in just a few months. Until she had an extreme stomachache and I had to take her to the hospital. The doctor strongly advised her to stop her unhealthy eating habits.
Long story short, she recovered and is her living her life to the fullest now.
People should be kind and be mindful of their words.
