No matter whatever people say like “Bono changed his style of singing” or “He can’t sing anymore as he did in 90’s” or “He lost his powerful voice he had before”etc...I think Bono was in good condition and made it great performance in this show because we can clearly hear that he easily hits high notes in the verse of “I remember when we could sleep on stones...”. It sounds as powerful and smooth as he did in 360 show about 9 years ago.
Actually he sounds like he wants to change style of singing a little bit here, however , as it shown here and in “Heroes“ in the same show, it is clear that he is still the one oh the greatest rock singer in our time and keeps incredible performance for so long time.
jimmypagetarou people who refer to any condition when younger are ridiculous because as get older, they become able to sing in different way when they were young.
His voice has aged though... you can hear it. He's singing lower than usual. A voice is like a car - you keep driving it; it will always get older than the newer car

I guess its quite subjective, some people sense sound quality lot better than others. For me I always think his singing is awesome till someone mentions that his voice sucks then I listen again and yes, it kind of sucks. But again most people are not music genius so they have managed to keep selling out arena with that voice. Not bad for them.
That moment Larry starts the drums at 2:57 gives me the chills, still the best pop-rock band. Like for wines, consistency is a main factor when it comes to quality and this band has been consistent in their music and in their live performances for over 40 years. And counting!

Concertone! Me lo sono goduto da sotto il palco.
Qui hanno cominciato a sentire della fatica: Parte 1 e Parte 2 da brividi, ma certi aborti tipo Vertigo ed Elevation se le potevano risparmiare. Quelle non sono canzoni all'altezza degli u2.
Ultraviolet è la mia canzone preferita e m'è dispiaciuto vederli così bassi di giri mentre la facevano. Non avrebbero guastato 2-3 canzoni in più da Achtung Baby/Zooropa o addirittura il tanto poco suonato Pop a posto degli obbrobri sopracitati.
Per il resto: gran serata!

@@johnnyboy-f6v honestly, his vocals here are better than his entire 360 vocals. He's more animated (pre injury of course and younger) back then but his voice seems more rich here and less breathy. Zoo TV always reigns supreme though.

io non c'ero, pero' vedendo il video posso ben dire che siamo a 1/100 dell'intensita' e dell'emozione che questa canzone rendeva live, non dico nello zootv tour perche' quello e' proprio fuori scala, ma nel 360 tour. Larry sembra un figurante, Edge pure lui con zero voglia al punto di sbagliare chitarra..Bono che si rende ridicolo nel parlare italiano, cosa che non gli e' mai venuta e che ormai sarebbe il caso di non fare piu'..c'e' qualcuno che glielo puo' dire?
