The leader keeps everyone on point and calms things down when needed and the shot caller is the one that commands the team in-game, they say jump, you jump, everyone else in coms is just making suggestions I like how Kingsman knows that he is not a shot caller on this team so he is mostly silent and the same with Flats, they might have a lot of knowledge but compared to pros, they are nothing
