I love it! I came in the house this afternoon to grab a cold beer! And figured no harm in taking a peek at Craigslist free! And someone was giving away a homelite 150 and a Jonsered 630 super 😲 I couldn't be so lucky as to be the first caller could I? Oh yes I could! It was only posted for five minutes and I couldn't believe my luck! Because one of my favorite chainsaws that I own is my 266XP and I get this saw out of the car and noticed that it is nothing more than a 266xp in red and black! Needless to say that I'm happier than a retard in a candy store right now! Cause this saw is in beautiful condition! I just can't help but love it when a rookie can't get a saw started and it all of a sudden becomes worthless to them! 😉
Hey Tinman! I have a Jonsered 625 II with an aftermarket cylinder with closed ports and it is in excellent condition. I have tried in vane to get any information as to what differences there are between a 625, a 630 or 670 let alone the “Supers”. Please do a video explaining the difference in the models of these saws. Really difficult getting any information. Thanks. :)
Good find, first digit on the serial number is the year, there's also dates on the plastic moulding, little ring with numbers, but you might need a magnifying glass to read them. Any idea why the clutch covers crack? Second one I've seen with the crack in the same place. Great channel, keep it up.
Jst came over from the horse's channel. U got a new subscriber. Hi bill block and bayou county

Nice find!
I'm starting a rescue for disadvantaged and unwanted saws it seems!!
Love it!👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 nice find!
nice saw, are they like the husky 61?
A 625 jonsered is closer to a 61 husky.
630 is a closed port 60cc saw and are usually good runners.
whats your ideas the good to bad starting point on compression i have saws from 120 to 160 ish
I depends on the saw. Some make more compression then others..
Ya just can't kill them ol jonsereds
Funny huh?Get all the time.."it doesn't run"Guess what?No fuel..lol thank you brother
Its funny how man saws i get that wont start and usually it's 5 year old bad gas or somebody tried to adjust the carb.
sounds goood
