Hi, I am due to visit Zhengzhou in Decemeber to attend a conference in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhengzhou. Can you pls guide me to some budget hotels near this place? I would also like to know whom (tourism agents) can I contact since I plan to roam around the city & explore it. If I need to roam around on my own, do the locals understand English or are the signs in English too?
