I love the video, you did a great job on it.
Personally I worked at the front desk of a hotel myself, and if a check-in takes longer then 5 mins, well the guest starts getting a bit antsy. I have had only 4 or 5 20 mins check ins in my 12 year career and they never ended well. So I tend to cringe a bit with any check in videos of this length. It's all good though.
