Great complexes by themselves, but string them together and you got a complete workout: C1: 2x20kg to warm up, C2: 2x24kg, C3: 2x28kg, C4: 24kg,C5: 2x28kg and as a finisher repeat C5 with a 32kg. With about 2-3 minutes rest in between complexes you have a powerful workout in about 30 mins.
I really enjoy your content and putting out workouts for people. I also believe you have an audience that wants to know your exact routine to obtain your physique. I understand these complexes aid but they are not going to achieve your shoulders/arms/chest/core from this. I say this in the most light hearted manner, I get a lot out of your knowledge and your channel is my go to source to find new movements.
Hey Jay great workout mate! Thank you. I am an intermediate kettlebell user. What are your thoughts on doing 2 or 3 of these awesome complexes as your entire workout? Cheers 😊
You could do 2 of them. If it were me, I would do one of the strength focused then one of the endurance focused to make an entire workout. With that being said, using the right weight and choosing the right amount of rounds, just one of these complexes can very easily be enough for a full workout.
I usually do workouts like this once a week. None of these are specific for wresting. However, building strength, endurance and conditioning using these complexes will of course make fitter and will improve your wresting conditioning as well

Hey Ben! I specifically stated in the intro that I do these kinds of kettlebell workouts in conjunction with traditional lifting to build my physique.

Which one are you getting after first?
Like the more strength oriented 2KB complexes at the moment. Will go for #1, maybe #3.
Great thank you
