I'm late, but I have the original Venus in the XL size (not square) and I absolutely love it. LGG is also a fantastic brand that is very transparent to fans through reddit and their customer support is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
I know im 9 months late and in RUclips comments but for the shipping prices you mentioned for people outside the US, LGG does have vendors in Europe and East Asia
Yah know i just got a new mouse pad and guess what it was the lgg venus pro. I was using the zowie gsr for about 2 years and before that, one of the steel series qck small because i was cheap back then and it was my second pad over like idk 10 years between the 2 qck it was dirty af and peeling at the bottom middle. I actually messaged the storefront told them i was using the gsr. And was split between the saturn, venus or jump to the vancer ice v1/2. They reccomended the venus pro, or hien and personal message that the person is enjoying the vancer v2. I ended up with the venus pro because the venus was out of stock. I really like the speedier feel didnt take too long to get used to coming from slower pads and low sense which now a days playing at higher sense because different games not csgo any more and after some different mice. What realllllly surprised me was how thin and ultra soft it was. How it sticks to my dusty fake wood table and the edge stitching is thinner and nicer than the gsr i was using. Only thing it is rougher texture still getting used to it but seems durable so far. Only reason i considered these faster pads was the muddyness i was getting and the faster games i am playing
Awesome to hear you've made the switch up from the control pads to hybrid! If they work for you, they're really durable and versatile, and the Venus Pro base makes it super comfortable tbh like you said. Saturn Pro definitely would have felt closer to your GSR or QcK, but if you're not playing as much CS and need a more flexible pad then the Venus is such a great pick! 🙏
Yes, the xsoft has significantly more squish on your wrist and when you add weight to the mouse... If you know you dig your mouse into the pad a lot when you aim, the xsoft will be much slower
I debate between the Saturn Pro Xsoft or soft which LGG added recently. They are both avalible for Pre-Order only with 4mm thickness like artisan instead of 3.5. So is the Saturn Pro Xsoft or soft better for Fortnite? Also, Is the Hien comfortable for you or it's too rough for gliding for a sensitive skin? Or if not should I pre order the LGG Saturn Pro in the new soft version? I'm not sure which one of them is better if I use 3.3 x&y sensitivity in Fortnite with the Logitech GPX mouse.
Hearing the generic redneck stereotype jokes about Alpharetta is honestly pretty hilarious. It's an upper-class, Tesla or Mercedes in every driveway, Whole Foods on every corner kind of area. haha. Great review though. I ordered my Saturn right as an RSI flare-up started, so I haven't gotten to use it much. It does feel incredible, though!
I never understood the Artisan appeal. I clean my room regularly, but having 3 cats and quite hairy forearms, hairs keep getting stuck in the surface. Absolute dealbreaker to me and can't believe more people aren't talking about it, not to mention that you can get almost one to one copies from other companies, in stock, for half the price. Is that issue of hairs getting stuck in the surface also present in the saturn pro?
Nope, thankfully the Saturn Pro is cat hair proof and can be lint rolled easily too... My cat sticks his whole butthole on my pads half the time so the Saturn Pro really is a blessing for pet owners tbh
while i found the quality was pretty decent, they still don't compare to artisan. mine would not sit flat, had frayed stitching, and was WAY too slow. Both the Venus and Saturn pros are SIGNIFICANTLY slower than their artisan counterparts, and are way too expensive. They arent good enough to command the prices they charge. Hard pass, will never buy again.
Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience on them... I kinda vibed with the slower Saturn Pro and have been using it since it arrived (couple months now) without any deterioration, but pad variance is a thing. If the quality is that l inconsistent though you're right the price is too high, I based it on the experience I'd had, which was really positive
@@GoodEnoughTechReviews overall the fact that it did not sit flat, and had the stitching coming out did not affect performance whatsoever; but, its still way too slow. the venus is laughably slower than hien/otsu as well. are they decent quality? sure. but they are not artisan and should not be charging artisan prices (i get artisan pads cheaper after shipping, actually), nor do they meet the quality of artisan. i have read quite a few complaints similar to mine as well, so they need to get their QC in order, and probably drop the price by $10-20, and they'll be fine.
@@GoodEnoughTechReviews I think 45-50 shipped would be okay. Still a good pad, just when you factor in shipping that makes it not worth it, as you can get artisan for less (shipped)
Came for the mousepad review, stayed for the witty humor 😂
Appreciate it my dude, least it made someone laugh 🤣
same lol :D
My new favourite tech person, thank you keep them coming
That's so kind to say, will do my best not to disappoint 🫡😬

This is my top best channel I found out about in 2023 so far. Good stuff mate keep it going.
Day 2 of binging your videos. Comedy is unmatched. It is honestly such a breath of fresh air in the mouse review scene!
Bro im laughing from start to finish in all your vids. Appreciate all the effort you put in!
Yooo thank you! That's exactly what I'm going for so I'm pumped you enjoyed it 🙏
You put a lot of effort in this video. Great work!

Thank you! I try to make these videos a little bit more watchable and entertaining with the memes and roasts

These rapid fire mouse pad memes are the equivalent of jingling a set of keys in front of a baby.
I don't understand that reference so I'm gonna take it as a compliment, even if it's a roast 🤣🫡
@@GoodEnoughTechReviews its a good thing, you managed to keep the attention of my underdeveloped brain.

Hype this man up!
Hype this comment up! 🙏
How do these mousepads compare with a typical Corsair pad? I've been using the Corsair mm350 extra thick control pad and think its wonderful.
dont change then! i went with alot of different shit and im back to maining the qck, the one i started with!
If you're happy then don't mix it up tbh, both will feel faster and a lot softer so no guarantee you'll vibe with them

I expect roasts on the hoodie drip or i'll be sorely let down...

I have a hien, shidenkai and raiden in xsoft and honestly I like the raiden so far
who has more stopping power, saturn pro soft or artisan zero soft ?
I've always wanted a mousepad I can split a pack of Stella with.
Saturns your squishy best-boy for long Stella sessions!
does Japanesse poron have the usual chemical smell of the convetional rubber bases of mousepads? thank you
Yes that will go away after awhile tho
0.195 @1600 dpi for valorant. Anyone recommend a Venus pro or Saturn pro (don’t rlly know which to go with)
