He know what is enough meme and sound effects so most of the time he balance them very well, 1 more thing is he doesn't spam 1 kind of meme or effect like others so his video not easy to predict, his editing skill is equal to tobias fate editor (tl:dr about tobias his stream is somehow boring af but his editor always cook them in to a masterpiece)

Funny how tenpai is a mahjong thing which is fairly difficulty to get into and 10 times harder to master and konami looked at it took one of its mechanics and made it into the most Braindead decks ever made in this game.
@strangevol5264 if you want to learn it and play it there is mahjong souls, look at some basic win conditions and RUclips videos and that's all you need to start with the basics.

The biggest killer is that there is only 4 of them. So konami just gave them all pf the abilities, cause they couldn't be bothered to mkae 10 of them.
