Oh wow! I had the same reaction to Keep Glazed. It wasn't what I was hoping for. Something "off" that I couldn't put my finger on - exactly!
I sampled it and all I got was gross lemon cleaner. I was super bummed.
So strange how fragrances work so differently on people..I absolutely love it and get a Lira type vibe, but more “pastry/gourmand” leaning

It’s easy to like if you enjoy caramel and vanilla. It’s somewhat lactonic but not overly.

I just picked up Bonbon pop with Ai’s 30% off discount , a total blind buy🤞🏻. I love BoraBora, but definitely more white florals then coconut. I layer it with nest vanilla body oil and coconut lotion from bath and body, and it’s a beautiful tropical 🌴 vibe ❤
I got Bonbon Pop and ordered another one with AIs discount. It's so sexy! I can't wait to talk about it. I don't find it juvenile personally

I enjoy Borabora but you are right - people have described it as sweet gourmand and coconut and it's definitely a heavier on white florals. I did purchase it along with Bianco Latte. Both are great! 🎉🎉🎉

I sampled a fragrance called Oud Save the Queen by Atkinsons London. I can’t stop thinking about it. Orange blossom, oud, just gorgeous.
Oh wow....a combo I have never tried together, orange blossom and oud! It is probably so lovely.
I just got borabora yesterday and no.. lol I’m sending it to my grandma. The way the florals were done smelled too mature and not as tropical as I was looking for! It isn’t bad just different than expected.
Bianco latte WAS THE ONEEE, I just kept smelling myself 😅

I felt the same way about BoraBora. I live in a hot climate and it is too heavy on white florals to be the type of scent I would grab. I think it’s too heavy to be a perfect summer scent. Bianco latte was definitely a love for me too.
I just got back from London where I found 2 new Memo fragrances called "Honey Dragon" and "Lyra Peach" at Selfridges. I had to leave with Honey Dragon and its amazing! Imagine a spiced honey! Deep and sensual-love! The peach one is such a true peach note and super feminine! I liked them both but can wait until they hit the US this fall to get the peach one.

I got BoraBora two days ago. It smells good BUT.......BIANCO LATTE smells way better. I ended up ordering the matching lotion yesterday.

You should be getting lemon tart from Theodoros Kalotinis instead of bake. Lemon Tart is such a fantastic citrus Gourmand. Totally blew me away and at such an affordable price.
A lot of people love it BUT that zest is risky lol. I almost blind bought it too. Glad I tested it first.
I sampled and bought rosendo no. 6 because of u. It is GORGEOUS.
Sharida I found my perfect mango fragrance! 🎉 It's Miu Miu's new Fleur de Lait. I reviewed it a while ago if you're curious but basically it's a semi sweet creamy mango with osmanthus to give it a slight apricot/leathery vibe (very slight). It's not complex but my gosh it has me in a choke hold! ❤ Not a super strong projector but it's one of my favorites! I'm pairing it with AI's Ambrosia Imperiale today. Chef's Kiss! 😊

I love Tonkazure, it's a beautiful sexy blueberry beast mode fragrance. It lasts over 8 hours on my skin easily.

That's how I feel about Tabit, the green note last too long on my skin. Blind brought it so I have to be patient and wait until it go away or layer it with kayali 28
Tabit was not a like for me at first when I got in as a blind buy. Now I LOVED it. A slow burner for me for sure.

2 caramel frags ive recently purchased: Penhaligon's "Changing Constance". And one from a Romanian house called Miraj "Caramel". Both are very true caramel scents to my nose. The one from Miraj is very affordable but takes a while to receive from Romania.

Keep Glazed is working very well for me. Have had a full bottle for almost a year, and loved using it in the fall. It may be the combination of heat/humidity in our region that does not allow it to work in the summer. Sometimes I layer it with TF Bitter Peach and love that, too! Wait until the cooler weather and try it again. ❤️

I JUST ordered Rosendo no.6 for the jomashop sale on Thursday. It’s soooo beautiful & sensual. I can’t wait for it to get here!! I hardly get the Jasmine at all which is good for me. I learned about it when you talked about no.5. That was a bit too much for me so I tried no.6 & no.3 and both were soo beautiful. No. 3 smells fresh and wealthy. It’s on my list now too.

Totally agree with you on Bake! Very lemon zest like in the opening as you said… On the dry down it smells like a lemon meringue pie fresh out the oven. Warm and fluffy! Not a must for me but might be better than Lira! Love your videos ❤

@@Goldie9899 I prefer Bake over Lira yes! Longevity I would have to test side by side. That’s in question for me. I only have a sample of Bake. It’s definitely not beast mode.

I'm having the same issue . I'm like am I tripping. I bought like 5 perfumes and when I opened the the bianco I could not smell anything. And for the price I paid It should be stronger like my other perfumes . Maybe I need to maceration

I loved BoraBora when I first got a decant but quickly realized that I would never use a full bottle. I’m not a floral girl but it smells beautiful to me. Definitely not gourmand though. However I LOVE Bianco Latte and Bake. They are high on my to purchase list.

Bora bora ehh I would rather save and get soleil blanc but all their other stuff sounds great!! I found it odd that a house that uses so much pink pepper in the sample pack….didnt add it with the 🥥 🤷♀️ it would have given it some kick!
Also another good mango guava tropical scent is sunplosion by simone andreoli. 😊a scent I've tested and bought is gritti gossip night,blew my mind.i think if you like a fruity gourmand it's a safe blindbuy.❤

I haven't tried a ton of mango fragrances but I recommend trying Sunplosion from Simone Andreoli... it's bright, sweet , fruity ,happy , easy kind of scent .... I have heard ppl say the performance isn't great but honestly I don't have issues with performance 😍
Do you know Sharida? The first time I tried wasabi on suchi, it tasted like perfume to me. Now, I am happy they produce a fragrance with the same kind of smell. Interesting! Rosendo Mateu No6 is on my whish list too.
Oil perfumery’s version of keep glazed is better than the original to me. It pulls like a yummy mango dessert. I like to pair it with TF Bitter peach. Fire combination! 🍑🔥

It was a like but not a love and a little redundant for my collection. If I didn’t have any others similar to this one, I would have kept it.

So glad I watched,ive been wanting bora bora and was hoping the apricot Carmel notes were prominent. I'll have to sample instead of blind buying.😊 I agree the lemon in bake is too much!
BoraBora is very much floral and tho sweet, not giving me as much apricot and caramel as I wanted.
Bianca Latte is on my radar. 👀 I like Bora Bora, but it’s definitely white floral dominant. Wasn’t what I was expecting, but I’ll wear it. I don’t have too many fragrances like it so it was worth keeping. I want to try Bake for sure, but it sounds odd with such a heavy lemon zest note. Lemon zest can really end up smelling like cleaning products or bathroom air freshener. 😳
It didn't quite go cleaning products because it is still sweet and cupcakey...but GOSH was the zest kicking me in the nostrils lol.
Me being so thankful I bought Bianco Latte before Sharida( perfume queen) talked about it !Its gonna be sold out for months now. Lol😅😂It is also one that needs to sit a couple weeks after spraying! It’ll thicken up and 🤩 WOW WOW

No. 6 feels like a more mature version of BDK Pas Ce Soir (i.e. less sweet). Jomashop has both at very discounted prices.

Bora is a heady floral with some sweetness but nothing I felt like I needed. Bianco is definitely that girl!

You’re not welcome here 😂 Anyway, I own Keep Glazed and I like it a lot, but you’re absolutely right it’s something not quite right about it. Everyone else loves it when I where it, but I don’t reach for it much because of that “something” that’s just not hitting right. At this point I’m just being vain and keeping it for the compliments 🤭

I really like Wabisabi too. It surprised me! I almost ordered it but decided to get Ruby Red and Bonbon Pop as I know I'll wear these ones more. THOO has some gems for sure! I'm glad I didn't order the mango one instead as we like many similar fragrances 😊

@@SharidaM OK. Greta Beth mentioned one on her video today. I'll try to see which one it was.. I think it's from a brand in Europe. She says it "phenominal" 🙄
@@SharidaM It's on today's video from "Greta Beth" titled "Chill Days and Quick Glam" and is at the 9:59/mark of that video. The fragrance is called "Scentologia" from Syn*Ergy. She says is fruit bowl fragrance with a prominant Mango note and that it's "so good".
Sharida I don’t remember how you felt about Xerjoff but have you tried Cruz Del Sur II?? It’s milky mango scent that might scratch the itch. If not Oshun by Empiria Fragrances got me allll the way together!

I adore Bora Bora. I can pass on Bianco Latte because I already have the ice cream scrented one that came out last year called Escapade Gourmande. I don’t need both.
I recently ordered some samples from Atelier Des Ors and I loved Lune Feline, but let me tell you...Rouge Saray...I cannot get enough of it and I'm almost out of the sample. There's just something about it that's so appealing to me, it's fruity due to the plum but it's got this honeyed depth, a bit spicy with the cinnamon, vanilla at the base, some interest with the Peru balsam (which I'm not too familiar with, I assume that's what I get in the dry down) and just uuuugh 😭Doesn't last too long or have great projection, I feel it sits closer to the skin, for me at least, but I cannot get my nose off my wrist whenever I spray it. I think taking the full bottle plunge is not too far away for this one.
Rouge is actually the next one I want to try from this house. So many people seem to love it!

Great video. You need to get your nose on Paula Schar new scent Kind Intentions with Navitus. I received it in mail yesterday. I'm wearing it today. This fragrance is beautiful, and unisex. The scent is very interesting. I really like it and it might make it to a love.
How is the Seaweed note?? It made me pause because I have never experienced that in a fragrance before. I will for sure get a sample of it.
@@SharidaM I get it at the opening cones off on my skin a little salty at first spray (a minute) but then the dry down turns sweet with florals (reminds me of the Kayali Pistachio dry down), gourmand, then then light musk. I'm 6 hours in and the fragrance is still purring. I've gotten four compliments today across the spectrum young, middle aged, and old. Folks are loving it. The sillage and scent bubble is very very good.
I've noticed here lately that ylang ylang and frangipani have been giving me off putting vibes in a some of these summer frags. Body chemistry is an adventure with fragrances lol.
Same here with frangipani lol. Coconut Sun by the 7 Virtues should have been a win but it turned funky on me like there was an off ambergris or something in it lol.

Wow I’ll try to get a decant of Bianco latte, sounds like a good one. I have decants of Keep Glazed as well, and though it’s nice, it’s a pass for me. Now, I got a decant of Soie Malaquais by Dries Van Noten, and I definitely would like a full bottle for sure.
Soie Malaquais is going to be my next purchase. Of course it would sale out for the Saks sale when I am ready to but lol smh.

All of Unique'e fragrances are heavy on patchouli. I was wearing another one of their fragrances and someone came to my office and asked if I was wearing patchouli oil.

@@SharidaM If you haven't tried So Scientific, try that one. I don't like it because of the plum note, but you don't seem to have an issue with plum notes. And no patchouli. Gabby likes it and that's why I got a decant of it. It just wasn't for me.

I hate patchouli! but I do like Mangonificent, its a honeyed mango on me.
Have you tried God Of Fire and SDJ Mango Kiss by SHL? these are my favorite mango scents.
I did not like Keep Glazed either it made me nauseous, don't like lactonic mango scents. Same with Cruz Del Sur II , I want my mango to be JUICY and or fresh.
Wasn't feeling Cruz either. I do own and love GOF and I want to try Mango Kiss next.
