    • @ExcelForFreelancers
      @ExcelForFreelancers  3 года назад +8

      Hi Paul, thanks so much for your comment and I am glad you liked the training. If you add one additional 'taxable' column with a checkbox, you can then use a SumIf along with a helper column for the tax amounts that only sums those rows in which the check box is checked. I hope this helps. Nice to see how Excel can work as POS. I would say this is one great tutorial for excel. But for live system I think it has little use as there are already completely free and opensource POS like Floreant POS or Lemon POS. They are much more powerful and provides database integrity and security.

    Really nice tutorial, thank you. Just some suggestions: There's some kind of bug about change, in the video you can see (at the very end - 1:39:22) that in the receipt it says "Change 20.". Other Suggestion (this time "functional"): I would save on "Print" and Clear on "next". Saving on Next, you can loose content if you exit after the last customer (without a next). On the other side, you should be sure not to print 2 times the same receipt (or better, not to save same items the second time you print).
    Anyway ,really good job man!
