lol thats not a 15k truck :P, thats a 30k truck you got for 15k. A true 15k truck is a beater that needs another 15k in it. its not the big ticket items, its all the small things that add up quick in the end from my experience. yes you can buy a 10k-20k and get by 2-3 months but your gonna find out quickly how much more work and money it needs to keep you rolling. glad to see you guys are back to business and hopefully some of that work trickles its way down to us lol.
Oh yeah, Only time will tell how long it lasts lol. My first truck was only 8k lasted 3 years with just minor repairs. Hopefully work improves for everyone 🙏
@@CustomRigs I’m on my second truck and not looking forward to buying another one. I hear story’s of guys getting their first trucks n all they did was change oil for 2-3 years n it’s luck at this point lol.
@@japa3477 oh yeah I agree, I feel like most trucks can be a gamble. We have so many guys that spent 100k-200k on low mile trucks and still dump money on overhauls and other parts months after purchase.
@@CustomRigs I know so many also, bought 60-80k trucks with 50k-100k mile rebuilds from front to the back only to have to do another motor rebuild 2 weeks later or 2 months later…. N then yo buy a 10k truck n work 2 years with no problems lol…. Make sense out of that for me
cheap trucks are always a gamble though, Some are cheap simply because they're cheap, Those are great for people starting out and those who end up stumbling into them got lucky. Others however, are cheap because their just bad. Those typically end up more expensive in the long run.
