Having 2k hp from heart steel without the heartsteel quest is insane
yeah I never take phenomenal evil, it used to be good, but now it's lower value then that 70AP silver augment, probably worth only on Veigar with stacksourus augment. It also sucks that Zyra plants and a lot of other things like Brand burn doesn't trigger anymore, like I know it was broken, but with how many augments are broken in this game for tanks, that would just equalize a bit the play field.
pretty sure dot from brand still stacks it. it just has a 1 second cooldown so you get 1-2 stacks per cast instead of like 8
celestial body + chemtank was actually big brain, healthmaxxing increases slow cooker damage
i love the plot twist of heiz making the leona carry, but at the same time it is so on brand for ioki to turn syndra into a support. he should play it on the rift.

Does Heiz not know that illaoi does physical damage? He could have built armor to deal with her in those last few rounds.
He also could of just gone Fimbulwinter over Kaenic there, the constant shields would of synergized with spirit visage and given unending dispair time to heal him. (he also could of just stayed on top of Illaoi instead of switching targets constantly and letting the Slow Cooker burn fall off)
@@BerserkerBacon Honestly Fimbul is a good shout, Kaenic should never be taken in arena it's really terrible UNLESS you are against a 1shot-0HP comp, spirits was also trash. 100% you go Force of Nature and/or Abyssal Mask. Either that or he takes Cloak of Starry Night as his first prismatic

The best build ive ever got on leona is heal for 5% when stunning an ememy , heal everytime you use a skill, skill cooldown stacking , gain a sheild = to 5% health every timw you use a skill

He has 5 guns, every one is different. Shortest possible:
Violat - slow and snare
Red - heal
Greenish/blueish - atack range
Dark blue - aoe dmg (like titanic hydra)
White - atack faster the closer u are to enemy (stackable dmg increase with each shuricken)
His Q changes according to gun giving you different effects, same with R. W changes guns. No E, each gun has 50 ammo before it changes.

Warmup didin't matter that round , he won anyway , the next round he used it , i don't think the omnivamp would of saved him vs the Iliao team but it was the better choice for sure
Omnivamp only 33% effective on AOE so its more like 3% from slow cooker
