Thank you for your clear instructions. I did have to strengthen the strap a bit by slip-stitching all around the strap, both sides, for extra firmness. Your fold pattern is better than other, more complicated bags that look the same.

The Bag is beautiful. but I have a little confusion on the half double crochet. You said to make the half double crochet over the half double crochet. When I watch you doing it you seem to be inserting the half double crochet only to the back loop of the half double crocher. Can you please clarify.

I noticed this as well. Right now I’m doing it but I’m inserting into the whole stitch because I don’t want to confuse myself as a beginner. Idk what I was doing but it started to look wonky just inserting in one loop.
