Do you know why the acrylic doesn’t dry? I’m new, my ratio is amazing but I cannot drill or file over the modelones acrylics because they never dry. I tried UV light and they were sticky. Help!

I was just looking on there website and they have a lot of really pretty colors. I personally don't like dip but most of the collections I liked are dip powders. Can I use the dip powders just like regular acrylic powders? With monamer?
