Nice 2nd review Terry. Nice and original ship. Only 5 battles to the moment, but 50 000 damage. Not sure to keep this value with the next battles 😂 The torpedoes reload booster is really funny to use on a ennemy DD who think you are out of torpedoes 😉
Fine Terry, well done. Good to see what equipment can do to boost a 3rd class destroyer to premium. There are 2 things: you need to be a skilled and experienced player and b) you need these legendary captains. I have been playing since wowsb was introduced and I have only one or two such captains. And to get them in crates is like gambling in Monte Carlo. I spent 20T Gold trying to get a legendary captain and I promised myself not to waste a further dime and risk my luck. The producers are stealing the gold twice: first when you buy the gold and secondly when you waste it for crates full of garbage. Never mind your videos are excellent and amusing and your English almost blows my mind.
Thanks! :) I've had some practice with my English - major in highschool, worked in English-speaking companies, and been living in Australia for over a decade now. Unfortunately, legendary captains are hard to get. For most ships, they're a bonus, but not required to make them work. I did get von Hipper from a pack, I think, that sold for 7.99 or so, when they were introduced (Hipper & Beatty). Personally, I don't try to open crates, but on the odd occasion, there's a bundle for a premium with historical camo and legendary captain (that's here I got Yamamoto, I think). I've got von Hipper, Beatty, Yamamoto and the other USN one (not Halsey, forgot his name).
Great video! She looks like a fun ship with this setup. I've been having a great time in an Asashio with a similar vibe. Being Captained by Jisaburo with the torp reload. Only real difference is Asashio is the stealth torp master... if you don't mind them being deep water
The Lyon T7 is not so bad. It's hard in front of T8, but not impossible to make a good battle. In T7 resapaw mode, it' a very good ship. With this mode, you can take a lot of experience. 😉 I have keep the Lyon and buy the historical camo, because I'm really enjoy to play with (honestly not at the beginning, it's me first line, with more experience, it's really fun). Keep your free experience, to unlock more faster the République, when you have the T9 Alsace. The Alsace is hard to play, no range for main gun, no armor...
@@gabrielurban2667 Yes, the Bismark is really fun 😉 When you can go in close combat, it's open door damage. Currently at the T9, since a long time, not so funny (acceleration, traverse speed), not so efficient (I have more damage on the Bismark), not play a lot (50 battles perhaps). Time to go back on for unlock the next
Gasgone is good for that tier,Alsace is harder but play bow in so u can manage and finally tier 10 the republique the beast if u play like sniper u can get big caliber in almost every match.The french bb are one kind for fun.
unfortunately, yes. I've only seen legendary commanders in crates recently, which is again why I'm not including this kind of setup in regular reviews.
@@Usmvalor3 I am honestly happy I didn’t get prinz eitel. She is somewhat similar to Bayern. I’ve been able to knock her out with Warspite, Bayern and even the Iron Duke
I think it need a serious buff maybe a decent AA I think that would be pretty cool to see because you have removed guns for AA defence but it worse then the sister ship
Yeah, that was really weird. I'd have loved to see a defensive AA instead of the hydro, and maybe boost the AA to 150% Farragut's level. That way, she'd also be making more of a captain trainer.

Premium commander is very hard to get or just gamble.. only got one ever since (russian) Theres nothing about this ship that makes me want to have it, fushun better As you said try dd with cv, on eu server almost every game is with cv or with somewhat skilled platoon on red team, try dd vs makarov 😂

I love deep water torps tbh. Using torpedoes against DDs in higher tiers isn't happening anyway.

Me too. Kincaid did too a couple years ago but not nearly as bad as Halsey has.
